Had my AC stop blowing cold air, which in an Alabama summer is no joke, called another company first, and they assured me they would get me taken care of by the end of the day, then they called to let me know it would be Monday. Not gonna happen. Called Garrison & Garrison, and Antonio was here within 30 minutes to keep me from sweating to death. He had me back up and running in no time, and had an upbeat demeanor which was a pleasure to work with given the heat and timing on a Saturday evening. Highly recommend G&G, and if you get Antonio, you know you're in good hands.

Helped us decide on which way to go with either parts or new unit, got us taken care of quickly very knowledgeable about the products and customer service top notch can’t recommend them enough!

Been doing business with Garrison for decades. They have always done an outstanding job, been there quick when I have needed them. I purchase the bi- annual contract every year to have my Trane unit checked. They were able to stay on top of things because they caught things early. I have never been disappointed with their service.

On time for appointment. Polite workers. Installed new humidifier. Returned promptly to address a couple of concerns. Fixed immediately. Courteous and efficient. Would recommend them highly.

I tried to schedule my yearly maintenance.. which I pay for.. and they cannot accommodate my work schedule.
I asked for a Tuesday and they could not schedule and could not schedule after 3pm.
I have been with them for 20 years.
Very disappointing.
They are usually great, but was surprised they were not willing to work with me, but willing to take my money.

Have used Garrison and Garrison for a long time. They are reasonably priced,professional,educated,knowledgeable,always calls to make sure they can come to ur home. Always wears covers on there shoes. I wouldn't ever use anyone else. Ronnie Beard is our technician he is so great.

I will always use Garrison and Garrison for my HVAC needs. The techs are very knowledgeable and Ronnie went the extra mile to service and clean our unit. Josh always did the same and even came out on Christmas Day a couple of yrs ago when our heat stopped working on a very cold day. A+ service

These guys have kept my AC units operational for many years across multiple systems; I thought it was time to leave a review. Logan McLain, a technician, came out recently and performed a seasonal maintenance and also cleaned two systems for me. I was really impressed with how thorough he was and this one visit exemplifies the service I’ve experienced from these guys over these years. Highly Recommended!
