Ronnie and Antonio came to our home today to check about a gas leak. We had been cleared by another company, as the smell and bubble test did not reveal a leak. Ronnie was diligent and stayed and listed to all suggestions and after initially finding no leak he re-did the bubble test after depressurizing the line and it was indeed right at the cut off valve. Both of these employees were concerned for our safety, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy me. I am sleeping safely in my home tonight with the gas off and am definitely highly recommending Garrison & Garrison. I appreciated my neighbor mention he used them when I asked for a suggestion for a second opinion. They will be performing the repair tomorrow for us. Thank you Ronnie for your patience and your detailed explanation of everything you were doing to find that one bubble.

Jeremy was the technician who came out when my air stopped working. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had to ordered the part I needed (which was still under warranty) and came back the next day to complete the repair. My air was back on in 30 minutes. He was very professional, explained everything to me step by step and answered all my questions. He even wore those little booties over his shoes whenever he needed to get into my house!
I also received a very good price so I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience.

Heather and her team were extremely valuable in the recent replacement of our entire HVAC unit, including ductwork and thermostat! They arrived on time as scheduled to provide a fair appraisal, answered all our questions honestly, and even made suggestions to help cut costs and improve efficiency. During install, the Garrison & Garrison crew worked closely alongside and communicated with other contractors to ensure our family was without heat for as little time as possible. They had us back up and running at the time expected and cleaned all their refuse to make the site cleaner than the other contractors had left it. All in all, we were well pleased. For over 20 years have used Garrison & Garrison for my home’s HVAC system and have always been pleased with their service. In recent years I’ve counted on Josh to deliver excellent service. In fact, my sister now asks for him by name as well.
This past month I’ve moved into a new residence and have set up biannual serving on this HVAC system. And since I’ll be renting out my former home, I’ll keep the G&G maintenance agreement on that house as well.

Terrell replaced bad compressor on my unit and recharged it. House temperatures are thankfully going down. He wore a mask, was professional, respectful, and responsive to my questions and concerns.
