This was a very good experience. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Their service was expedient. The person who came out was very polite and knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the person who came out didn't have on a mask. I am a nurse and strictly follow CDC guidelines. Other than that I would definitely use this service again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

My main HVAC provider, a well known local company, quoted me an astronomical price for some repair work and then dragged their feet in getting to the job. I called Ronald at N. Ala Htg & Air Cond. I cold called. No reference. He and his crew came out next day and gave me a quote way below the other company. And I mean...way. made me worry he might not do a good job. I gave him the OK. They came out next day and did a fantastic job. Our unit runs like new. A good man. Good company.

Bob was outstanding. Did everything top notch as well as explained what he was doing. Highly recommned him and this company for your heating and air needs without hesitation!!
