Couldn't be happier with this installation....On time , went above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed properly in this 150 year old house, gave good advice on future use .... cleaned up ... extremely polite and knowledgeable... gave instructions on use . I called on a Friday afternoon to get a quote on replacing my ac unit. I had called a few other places and I must say when I finally contacted southeastern cooling they answered all of my questions and provided better rates then other local competitors. Both sales and field technicians were very professional which made the entire process smooth. By Early Monday morning I had two technicians Evan and Michael come out to install a entire AC unit, Air handler, and thermostat. These guys showed up on time, were very professional and got the Ac unit installed. It was running in no time. I highly recommend them and their service.

David was excellent. He actually came before the time of the appointment. He explained what he had to do and also answered some questions I had. I learned a few things about the system. Thanks David!

Scott was very professional, helpful and on time (where I live it is iffy if tradespeople will show up on time or at all). Of course he fixed the problem but that is what they do.... What made my interaction with him exceptional was the fact he offered helpful and valuable insights and advice and treated me like a real and intelligent human being instead of a "mindless female".

Extremely great organization. They offer an excellent selection of equipment and services. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and answered any question I asked. They treated my home as if it were their own. I have utilized several heating and A/C companies over my thirty years living in the Dothan area, This company however is by far the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with. If you ever have need of a heating and A/C company for any type of service I would recommend no one but Southeastern Cooling.

Shout out to Arthur,David,and Charles. They did a complete heat pump and air handler repla cement . Very professional and knowledgeable, had to work in 180 degree plus attic to replace air handler. They can come back anytime. Very pleased with their work.

Austin was first rate to discuss the best solution to the problem. Arthur and Charles provided fast and professional installation of my new hvac unit. I highly recommend this business!
