Mark gave us GREAT service as always here at Southeastern cooling. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us a lot of information about our A/C. Please give them a call if your having A/C problems you will be very Satisfied.

My 13 year old system quit. SEC explained that my old system needed to be replaced. The salesman come out on Tuesday and give me several options. My new system was installed on Friday. The crew of 5 were very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived at 8 gone by 2. When they completed the job i could not even tell they had been there. Very nice and neat work. I strongly recommend SEC to anyone needing ac service. Great job men!!!

Avery came over to my house and repaired my AC today. He was quick about it, appeared to be able to verify the problem quickly and repair it. I’m currently sitting in a cooling house 40 minutes after meeting this technician. I highly suggest this company for quality work and quick knowledgeable repairs.

Scott Tanner was so polite and knowledgeable. I immediately signed up for yearly service through the company! When someone drove into the power line and caused my ac transformer to short out, Scott was dispatched immediately. He solved the issue and identified the problem. I also got a discount bc of my service plan.

Had natural gas fireplace serviced and cleaned in my home. Very pleased with the service and the technician, Scott Tanner. Will use this company again. Scott was very courteous and experienced.

Southeastern Cooling was more reasonable than other companies. Their response was quick and they gave me an accurate estimate and detailed explanation of what was wrong and why. Chris, the young man who did the repair, was very professional and respectful to my home and cleaned up afterwards. 👍

Thomas Hudspeth was extremely professional and understanding. Even if it was an off hour time he answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us as we only called in for one unit, but he still took the time to look at our other unit. For working on a Sunday afternoon he sure deserves a raise.
