Very please with Thomas from Southeastern Cooling. We called several other placed hoping for a same day response and Southeastern was the only one who said they could do it. The lady originally said they would get someone out here but that it was going to be late due to the number of calls. I called around 1 and the tech was here around 4. He was able to get us fixed up, very appreciative!

James B. Did a great job diagnosing the issue. The part was unavailable on the weekend but he was able to put in a workaround to keep us cool until Monday when he was able to get the part and finish the repair. Tyler did a great job setting up the scheduling despite us calling late Friday night. This was our first experience with Southeastern Cooling and we would use them again.

They were able to come out the very next day. The Technician Thomas Hudspeth was on time and very courteous. Solved my issue in a very timely manner and was more than happy to give an explanation of what the issue was. Would gladly recommend that you use them for any issues you may have with your AC system.

My AC broke down RIGHT after 6pm, so I had to call around for an after-hours technician. SE Cooling replied promptly and sent James Beynon within the hour. He stayed until after 9pm diagnosing and finally fixing the problem, all the while keeping me in the loop on the repair and steps to take to keep my AC functional going forward. I did have to pay a premium for after-hours work, but when your house is 85 degrees, it's money well spent. Outstanding job, James, and thanks again.

Scott was excellent and knowledgeable.. He had me back up and running and gave me suggestions on how to keep my unit serviceable.. I appreciate Southeastern Cooling’s quick response and will use them again for my cooling and heating services…

Scott showed up early and was so knowledgeable it blew my mind. He’s like a walking Air Conditioning Encyclopedia. Diagnosed the issue within minutes. What impressed me the most is that he knew there was only one of the motors I needed in our city and his sense of urgency to go get the part made me feel like he really cared about getting our AC unit going. He has my business for life.

Thomas Hudspeth was knowledgeable and friendly! We had no A/C on a day with a heat index of 115 degrees. Southeastern Cooling immediately responded and Thomas was here the same morning. After finding multiple problems our A/C now works better than ever!
