It was a HOT Saturday morning when I realized that my air conditioner wasn't working. I tried to call three different places and did not even get a call back. My friend recommended Chris Law, at Southeastern cooling. I was desperate and I called. It was the best decision I ever made. Chris came out the next morning and looked at my unit for me. He works very hard to see if he could solve the problem. Unfortunately, I needed to have a new unit. Austin, the sales rep came out at a time that was convenient for me and helped me pick a financing company that would finance the job. He explained every single thing to me in detail and if I had a question he was quick to answer as honestly as he could. On the morning of insulation everybody was here on time. Chris Law took the time at the end of his day to come and make sure that everything went smoothly and even helped the other guys finish the job. Chris even help me pick a service plan so that I can keep my new air conditioner in good shape! Although, an air conditioner is very expensive the service that I got and the care and concern that I got from Southeastern Cooling was the best that I've ever received!!!!

System maintenance done in a timely, professional manner. Very courteous and did the work in a timely manner.

David Strickland was excellent. He was out the same night to unclog a pipe from our unit and inspect and the very next day replaced the motor. We didn’t have to wait in this heat long at all. Very friendly and professional.

Our Air conditioning started messing up so we called to see if it could be fixed. Avery came out and worked on the outside unit for hours trying everything he could. He was super nice and got
someone on the phone to come talk to us about a new unit. Austin came out that afternoon and went over prices and time-lines. He understood that with the kids home for the summer it was very uncomfortable, he got someone to come over as soon as possible. Jacob and Devon worked in this crazy heat outside and in out attic to fix the ducts. It had to be over 100° up there!! This was the best experience during one of the hottest times of years!! All the guys were super nice and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend Southeastern Cooling to anyone. Love these guys.
