Unit went down in the middle of the night. Southwestern sent a tech out asap. James went above and beyond to fully explain everything. He took extra care not to damage anything and extremely professional the entire time. Would definitely recommend.
Can not say enough about the experience with Southeastern Cooling. Chris Law was the tech that responded. It was a Friday Afternoon, holiday weekend and the hottest day of the year. They didn’t hesitate to respond. Came home at 3 pm to a non functioning air conditioner. Called the dispatcher and she immediately said yes we got someone en route. My problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. Thankful for southeastern Cooling. You guys are awesome.
James B gave me a card and mentioned a maintenance “club” so I figured I’d give it a look when my unit (only 5 years old) stopped working. Ryan came out did a thorough diagnostic check and asked if there had been any power surges because he had found a blown fuse. Since there had been recent severe thunderstorms, I figured that was the issue. Ryan replaced the fuse. Got the system going and clearly explained the cooling club levels. I signed up happily and figured it would be months till I would see Ryan or Southeastern again till time for a scheduled inspection that came with enrollment. The unit stopped working that night. I called and Nancy was so pleasant when she said she’d pass it on to Ryan. Ryan called back, said another technician would come out, and that he would also come by to help. Deon came, got to work quickly and was soon joined by Ryan. They found the problem after some time and effort and explained exactly the nature and likely cause of the problem. I prepared myself for a big bill, certain this was not something included in my club benefits. Deon and Ryan seemed genuinely happy to tell me “no charge today, just tell your friends about us!” It was a very wonderful experience doing business with a company that has such competent, concerned, and committed personnel. It was heartwarming that they were all so congenial as well.

I felt the need to write this review after our service call with HVAC tech Chris Law his work ethic is out of this world. Thank you Chris!
I called them when I came home to no air. Avery showed up in a very short time. He was very polite and efficient. He explained the problem to me and put new filters in while he was there. He setup an appointment for a tech to be there first thing the next morning. James was there the next morning right on time. He was also very polite. He quickly got to work and had me up and running in no time. I was pleased with the service and attention I received from both Avery and James.
Jason and his team is are rock stars. I have used their service as a property manager for more then one then of my properties. They are an asset to Dothan and frankly I won't call anyone else. They work fast and I never had a problem. They clean after themselves are professional and respectful. They explain their diagnosis and they are able to explain in regular folks language. I would advise you if you have other repairs to run it by them while they are there as their team is full of talented professional of all types. I will take Jason's team with me on any project from new build to existing. Commerical to Residential they show up on time and get the job done. Accountable and hands down fair prices. You can try other places or you can get the job done right the first time you call this team.

He got our system running at peak performance, and also explained to me some things about my gold membership that I was confused about. He did an amazing job!
