    My technician James arrived on time to perform maintenance on our units. After completion of the work, he took time to explain to us the work he had done and made suggestions on unit care between maintenace visits. He offered and explained in detail the membership program that is offered. Amazing customer service!

    We are new to the area and the previous owner used Southeastern to service the air conditioner in both our house and in the cabin. We had them out today for service and I was amazed at the professionalism as well as the attention to detail performed by Scott. I signed up for a yearly service for preventative care on my systems, because they were so pleasant to deal with and so professional.

    We signed up for a twice a year annual contract. Nancy set us up with a small 3 hour window, and then she called me and kept me updated on the technician's status, even with a text afterwards.
    James Beynon was our service technician, and he was friendly, and did a good job of keeping us informed throughout the service. He noticed a repair that needed done and informed us of the cost before doing the work. James worked tirelessly through a rain storm! We both really trust that James did take good care of our home and even made plans for things we can have done in the Fall so we can keep our A/C units functioning best for us. We are a new customer and really feel confident about the care we received today with Southeast Air.

    Maintenance technician arrived on time as scheduled. Loved the text message alert and distance tracker that informs you who will be providing the service that day as well as when they will arrive. Very nice! James Beynon was my technician for an annual A/C maintenance check to ensure that the system was running efficiently. He was very professional and kind, and provided a timely and thorough check over all of the areas of the equipment. He checked over all of the system inside first to ensure there were no leaks and proper power was getting the to system. Then followed up with checking all of the connections and air pressure on the outside system. He recommended that a contactor be changed out as it was beggining to degrade, and had that swapped out with a new one in no time. He took the time to show me what area of the existing part was degrading, which in itself was very nice and made me feel like he wished to keep his customer informed and not just tell them what needed to be fixed. I would recommend him to anyone! Have had two technicians come out from this company so far, and the customer service has been on par both times. Highly recommend this group of folks for any of your A/C needs! Keep cool!

    Absolute wonderful customer service. Quick response with knowledge and ability to solve our problem with the air conditioner. He was able to get the unit up and running quickly on this hot and humid day. We will always request Chris Law for any problem!

Just like the techs from Southeastern that installed our units, James is a 5 star technician and really great representative for Southeastern Cooling.
