Can not recommend 3D Air Services enough! I have a business in Birmingham and needed specialty ventilation installed. I originally had another company picked out but ultimately went with 3D with how professional and knowledgeable they were. They talked with me every step of the way and told me clearly what needed to be done and even helped get rid of my old HVAC system and installed a new mini split. Will definitely only be using them for now on.

Chris and Jacob were friendly and professional. They installed a new HVAC unit at my house yesterday and diligently worked until the job was done. From start to finish they did a great job!

From the owner to the techs to the office staff..absolutely 10/10 service every single time I have reached out for anything.
I even had my parents switch to 3D air for their HVAC maintenance and generator maintenance. You can not beat 3D’s prices especially when you consider the knowledge and quality work you receive. I highly highly recommend this company.

I called 3D Air because I had an issue with insulation coming out of my air ducts and because of poor air flow throughout my split level home. They came out to make sure there were no leaks in my ducts and explained some services they could offer to help. I decided to have aero seal duct sealing done. The guys who came out to perform the seal and clean my ducts were so nice and friendly! They did a great job and my air flow is definitely better. I will be having them come inspect my ac/heat unit twice a year now to ensure everything is clean and working well!

I have been using 3D for years and have never been disappointed. i recently had a whole system upgrade. the service and value were top notch. the financing terms were better than anywhere else i have found. please give 3D a call when you need Air Service

Thank you to 3D Air service, i have high-efficient AC and tankless water heater. The crew worked so hard and neat. I feel totally safe and comfy. They are very nice and friendly and responsible. I strongly recommend.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night. We called to have someone come out on Saturday and we were told someone would be out around 12pm. Brad was right on time and did an absolutely amazing job. He was very nice and worked fast to get the air fixed on such a hot day. I definitely recommend this company.

I hated to call on the weekend because I know what it's like to get called out. Brad was our Hvac pro and was exactly on time. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. Service was so great that I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan. Thank you!

The representative was very polite and seem to know what he was doing, but the prices are ridiculous. After having them quote me the repair cost of 1700 for a blower motor replacement I called my normal ac company to have a second opinion. This was the most expensive quote out of 3 repair companies. Also the longest wait for repair they would need to order the part. So I waited 1 day called my normal ac company and had it repaired for 485$ and it took 3 hours from time of call to completion. Save time and money use anyone else.

20yr old hot water heater died late last night. Already use 3D Air for HVAC for several years and never had a problem. Called them at 9am this morning in a bind and needing a new hot water heater. I was meeting a tech 30 minutes later for him to check it out. Got a good estimate within another 30 minutes. Told me it would probably be tomorrow getting it installed. OK with that, I was surprised to even have them here so quick to get it all started. I got called back in a couple hours, and they would be out this afternoon. It's 4:15, and 2 guys are out there installing a new hot water heater. A 7hr turn around from first call to installation is really something to commended for. Much appreciated. Hot showers in the house tonight! Thanks again.
