Mainline installed our hvac system over 10 years ago. They have been the most professional, competent, reliable business we have ever worked with. Add to that great communication, timely response, and caring service and you have a premium, world class business.

Their mamas should be proud! 😉

During the install, I had problems getting them to do what they said they would do. After installation of duct system, I discovered poor quality installation and had to demand they come back and fix the problem. In an effort to appease me for the problems, they offered three free years of preventative check ups. To date, it's been two and a half years and there have been 2 out of five checkups done. They will not answer my email and when I last called they said they would schedule a visit but never came. Now, as I said, 2-1/2 years later when it's averaging 98-100° my air has went out, probably due to coil being dirty since they haven't done what they promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything, more than plugging a fan into an outlet.

Darrell is one of the managers. When we had a problem he personally took charge and came out. He made sure everything was right and saved us from going through another steamy night without air conditioning. Thank you Darrell! And our 17 year old dog thanks you.

Most recently, on October 4, 2021, Mainline Technician, Rhett Smith, went above and beyond to attend to every detail to keep our systems in peak working order. Rhett is very efficient and clearly cares about the quality of his work as well as complete customer satisfaction. He is one of many first rate Mainline technicians who have visited us twice annually for many years. We are very pleased with this long-term relationship.

I purchased their maintenance plans for the two AC and heating units at my home, based on a recommendation from a Builder who uses Mainline. They came out quickly, called ahead, and arrived right on time. The tech spent several hours going over both of my units to ensure they were in good working order. I have used other companies in the past, but none have ever been as meticulous as Mainline with their annual service and inspections. Great all around service and customer service.

I had a small issue that I called them about a few weeks later. They came out within an hour of me calling and were able to get me back up and running in under 30 minutes. By far the best customer service of any heating and air company I have used. If you are like me and customer service is important to you, they are top notch.

I have the membership that advertises 24/7 service calls. What I found out is that means an answering service will answer 24/7, but technicians are not required to answer the service call. The answering service pushes a button to them and has no more contact. So much for my membership. I have been dissatisfied with my system and the carrier thermostat since day 1.

I am here to update my previous review. Kevin and his team installed a heat pump system for us. He did everything he could to make it right and we greatly appreciate it. Installation went great and he communicated with us through the whole process, competitive pricing. We can already tell a HUGE difference with the new system! Would definitely recommend Mainline Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

Kevin Nichols is best, he is very professional, honest and works with best work ethic. Prompt in his service and gets things done and takes care of his customer. If I could give him 10 star I would. He is the best, great price on HVAC stands by their product and warranty and great reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.
