Southern Comfort is by far the best company to use for your heating and cooling needs. A friend referred me to them for a second opinion on my ac unit. One company had been out and said that we needed a new system. I called southern comfort and they fixed it for 125.00. Ants got into the unit. 20 minutes later and we were running the ac. It is so nice to have the peace of mind, knowing you have found such an honest and professional person. I appreciate them so much for saving us 5,000.00. Nobody will ever compare to them. Thank you for your honesty and quick quality of work!

They came to my house told me that I needed a new air compressor. Thankfully it was covered under warranty. They handled everything very well and professionally. Plus their prices were half of most large corporations. Next time I have an ac issue I'm calling them.

5/10/16 Roy came out to my house today for an ac issue. He repaired my issue quickly and charged a fair rate. I will always count on Southern Comfort to service my ac.

Heater went out on one of the colder days of the year at 4:30pm, made a call and had Daniel at my house within 30 minutes. I cannot overstate how happy I am with the entire experience. He was very easy to work with and extremely patient and courteous. The service was high quality and very fairly priced. This is my second time working with this family business, and I'm just as happy as the first time. You will get quality, honest, personal service. This company has my business for life!

Update to my first review: Woke up Sunday morning to the smell of electric smoke in the house. After I figured out what it was I called these guys. He was booked up but was able to swing by on Monday to check it out. Got a call and he said it was fixed. I am so satisfied with SCHVAC. If you live near Alabaster, give these guys a call first if nothing more to get a good solid honest opinion of your particular problem. I promise you will not be sorry you did! Thanks Guys!

Well, where should I start? I have been using another company for my AC units for the past 8 years. Well they have changed their name recently and obviously changed their business model as well. Spent 30 minutes waiting for their out of state call center to answer today. Not to happy about that. Did a search on local companies and am so glad I did. Called Roy and he answered on the second ring. 40 minutes later he was working on the unit. Turned out to be something pretty simple but the part was an odd one so he got everything running as best he could so the heat would work. Am very impressed with his service and knowledge. If anyone is looking for an honest AC repair company, look no further. I don't usually recommend companies to folks as I feel obligated when I do, but this is the rare case where I am sold and if I ever need ANY AC work done this is the only place I will call.

Highly recommended. Roy is awesome, and we wouldn't go to anyone else. He explains everything for you, and he comes out very quickly. As others have said, he is also quite reasonable in his pricing. All-around nice guy. I trust him.
