Excellent service! I had my heat stop working on Christmas Eve Eve, 3D Air Services were the first ones to answer the phone so they got my business. They didn't have an opening until late that night. the technician (Isaiah) was knowledgeable and fixed my issue and the dispatcher (Lauren) was very helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

My air was not working. I had a quick response to my request for maintenance. Isaiah came and was a brilliant problem solver. Thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable. Great service.

Our tech was professional and friendly. He did an awesome job with our maintenance visit. He also helped me with a programming issue I couldn’t seem to correct. Within a few steps, everything was working the way I wanted it to on my thermostat. He was thorough and finished in a respectful amount of time. We’re so glad we purchased the maintenance package. I am very impressed with all the staff at 3D. It's my first time using them. Not only did they pick up the phone when I needed their services, they were so prompt with their response. Austin and Jesse worked on my unit. They had it up and running, being so kind and professional the whole time, and explained everything. No stress! I will definitely use them again for any air conditioning and heating needs.

My system went out during the first 95 degree week of the summer (while our 3 year old was running a fever nonetheless) and I got in touch with 3D for a quote late that evening. They had Joe, a superb salesman, at my house by 8am the next morning. I never felt pressured by Joe and he spent over an hour just helping me find the right system for my home.

Even though they showed the system in stock, it wasn't but Joe demanded they install a loaner unit that very same day. They had a crew spend all day installing the loaner unit so my family could sleep in comfort that night.

A few days later, they came out to install the new system and those guys spent all day making sure everything was perfect. They did show me my ducts and returns were very dirty so we purchased duct cleaning and an air purification system as well.

Two more guys came out the next morning and spent 8+ hours cleaning our ducts to perfection and then installed the purification unit. Was it cheap? Well no, it was expensive, but the level of service and the quality of equipment we received was well worth it.

Ultimately, I am extremely happy with 3D Air Services, I highly recommend this company and I will never use anyone else. No one wants to buy a new HVAC system but 3D made it as painless and rewarding as possible

Rick was very polite and courteous. He performed a thorough inspection, cleaning, and testing of our system as well as answering all my questions.

Joe Stockman was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Buying a new unit is already a challenge for the everyday consumer especially with the economy and high rates but he went through and ensured he gave all the best quotes. He did not mind answering all 1000 questions I had for him. Thank you Joe for helping me with this huge purchase and providing my family excellent service. I would recommend this company to everyone that is looking for professional, reliable and flexible pricing.

Quick response, professional service, and reasonable rates. Got an appointment and had my AC repaired in less than 24 hours. (I could have paid more for after hours service, but I saved money by waiting till morning.) I have used this company several times and always been satisfied with the service.
