I just wanted to tell people how great this company was. First, I called and Erika problem solved with me about my filter and told me to see if that solved it. She would call me back the next morning and if it wasn't fixed then she'd schedule someone to come out. This is Saturday at 10pm! She did help me again with getting a technician the next day. Kevin on came out, was quick and honest. And where he could have taken the service fee plus the repair cost (higher for weekends like most places do) he instead found me the best deal for our repair. Fixed it immediately and saved us from having to endure 81 degrees any longer (inside). He was honest with the options and didn't try to waste time while my kids and I roasted.
If you are looking for a company that is honest and you can call during emergencies to rely on, this is the company. I have to say, they both earned 3D Air Services new lifetime customers today!
This was my first time using 3D Air, and I was able to get an appointment the same day. Our air went out, and the temps are in the 90s! They called and texted to let me know when a technician was on his way, and I liked that they included a picture so I would know who to expect. Brad, the technician, was very friendly and explained in great detail all of the potential issues he might come across and also possible options. As he was working over several hours, he stopped to explain the issue he encountered and asked permission (and explained pricing again) before continuing to work. The AC couldn't be fixed today because it needs a part; however, Brad volunteered to go get a window unit from his own home so that my daughter and I wouldn't have to stay somewhere else for the night. He came back and put the window unit in and said we could borrow it until our air is fixed. I am super grateful for this kind gesture and very impressed with this level of customer service. I will for sure be using 3D Air for all my future needs and maintenance.
This is my 2nd review for 3D Air and it will be just as glowing as the 1st. This company is incredible. So impressed with their excellent communication and follow-up. They have installed new AC/Heat systems in both our house and now our daughter's house. Joe is WONDERFUL - both times he listened to our concerns, our budget, and our "must-haves" and provided us multiple options to choose from - each one completely itemized with benefits & features explained. The installation crews are extremely professional and conscientious! Both our system and our daughter's work flawlessly and we couldn't be happier. Do not hesitate to use this company.

We called on a Saturday and the service man was here within a couple hours. Fantastic service! We couldn't be happier. Roger was personable and very informative. We will be getting their service plan and good riddance to our old company. Their dispatcher Erica was friendly and very helpful. Now we know why they get such high ratings. They may not be the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. We can highly recommend them with confidence.
Excellent company to work with. My technician Rick McDurmin took the time to make sure any issues were addressed to my full satisfaction and his inspection and recommendations were very thorough. I really feel that my HVAC system is in good hands and I would recommend this company to anyone.
3D air came thru when our warranty did not.The tech was on time very friendly. Let us know what was going on every step of the way. He returned the next day with the part we needed and with a hour or so we was up and running. I would recommend them to anyone.
The technician was prompt and courteous. However, the diagnostic fee was $130 which was $80 more than last year. I feel like the diagnostic fee should be waived if they are going to repair the issue. I had to have a capacitor replaced and it cost me $458 including the diagnostic fee. I checked around and got additional quotes and everyone else quoted me $185-230. I understand inflation but that was way too much. My air conditioner is back working and the technician was awesome.
I recently had two HVAC systems and new duct work installed in my home. My salesman, Jon was very knowledgeable about what products would work best in my home. He offered me several options at great prices. The installers were very neat, punctual and professional. When they were done, they took the time to help me setup the WiFi on the new thermostats. Thank you 3D Air, Jon, Isaiah and the installers, Rodney, Jesse, and Tanner for getting the job done.
Every technician that has come to my house has been very professional and courteous. Best maintenance plan that I’ve had in 10 years. Great reminders when service is due and letting you know when the technician is coming.
