I always used to dread calling any repair place to look at the AC or furnace, but 3d Air Service is wonderful! They always come out at a timely fashion and always friendly. We moved down here from the north about a year ago, and whenever we have a question about our AC or furnace, Clay has always been friendly and happy to educate. And we have never had to wait long for someone to come over! Very happy with this company!

I used 3D Air services for a new A/C installation. My installation was a bit of a unique challenge as far as installation goes but these guys worked almost 9 hours nonstop to get the work done. They were professional and very polite. I had received several other quotes from other HVAC companies but 3D had the most competitive quote by far. I would use them again for any future HVAC specific needs in the future. Highly recommend.

For years I have observed 3-D Air Services providing excellent service for my employer. After comparing them with other local companies they won my admiration. Always answered my calls and seem eager answer my questions and had competitive units and were eager to earn my business. Love the system they installed and for the maintenance provided.

I am very pleased with the service that 3D Air Services provided. The tech, Rick, was very thorough and knowledgeable. The work was done professionally and completed as soon as the part was received, just as we were promised. It is great to see that good people and companies still exist.

3D Air installed the HVAC System in the newly built home we purchased from Harris Doyle Builders. We had warranty service from 3D Services near the end of our first year in our new home, and were so happy with the service, we signed a service contract with 3D Air Services. This was the second visit for routine maintenance. Isaiah Bertke was the technician this visit, and we could not have been happier with his service. Our system was in proper working order, but he adjusted our vents to better insure air distribution throughout our home. He was very personable and diligent. We are very happy with 3D Air's service.

Had a leak from the HVAC into the 2nd floor from a faulty sensor and clogged pipes. Found it at 6pm, called 3D at 7pm, and a tech was on site to fix by 8:30pm…. On a Saturday. Unbelievable customer service. This explains that all the 5* reviews aren’t just circumstance but obviously how they consistently do business. As long as I live in Birmingham, we will be a client.

Clay arrived on time, and was very professional. He explains our issues thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was personable and had a great customer service attitude. I would recommend this company for your service needs.

Was recommended by a neighbor our AC went out and I got a service call the next morning. Arrived on time and traced the problem to a bad wire that blew a fuse. Joe could have sold me a new unit if he was not honest! Have set up annual service with them! 5 Stars are not enough!
