Kevin was great. Very detailed and answered all my questions about this system. It was obvious he really knew what he was doing and I'm glad we went with 3D Air Services.

16-17 year old Goodman unit has bit the dust. 3D came out on a Saturday and inspected the unit , it was determined after several prior repairs it is time to replace. Gave a very reasonable quote and will have unit swapped on Monday. Prompt service , called and texted to let me know they were on their way. Tech showed up on time and was friendly and helpful. Will certainly use again.

I used 3D Air Services to clean out my washer vent going to roof. They were prompt, professional and friendly. I would use them again and I would recommend this company.

3D Air was the best AC service I have ever used. They are quick, efficient, reasonably priced, communicate well, show up as promised, do not try to charge you for any made up services. Shannon in dispatch is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs reliable timely service.

We had our annual spring maintenance service today and the technician, Joe, was very thorough, professional, and friendly. Every experience we have ever had with 3D Air Services has been nothing but 100% positive - each employee we've interacted with, from the office staff to the technicians, has been knowledgeable and helpful, courteous and respectful, and their annual service plan is a wonderful value for the benefits and peace of mind it offers to homeowners. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

3D Air is a fantastic company! Everyone I have ever dealt with over the last 2 years, from office staff to technicians, have always had over the top customer service and professionalism. Get the service contract and pay $10/month and never pay a service fee when they come out! It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Came out when they said they would and arrived on time. Their tech was courteous and professional. The tech was also honest and did not try to just sell me something. Their price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Full review:

Erika, from dispatch I presume, was very courteous to me on the phone and highly professional. She showed empathy when I told her about my AC woes on a hot summer night in Alabama. It was WAY hotter inside my house than outside. (Side note: Clayton Homes have great insulation by the way, but that doesn't do much good when it's hot and you need it cold with no A/C!)

Anyway, she got Roger to come out to my home, and that's where it truly began. They gave a courtesy call when he was on the way, which was nice because it woke me from my nap to give me a heads up. He arrived just a little while after that, and began his work immediately. It didn't take Mr. Roger very long to figure out what was wrong with the system - he politely explained what the issue was and fixed it for me. He even fixed some issues left over from a poor installation that I didn't even know were problems!

Now, my issue wasn't a tough one to understand, but I expect it was a challenge to fix. So when I say it only took him about 45 minutes to get my completely dead A/C system back online, I mean it as a pure compliment. I would recommend this company 100%.

I have used 3D Air Services in the past and was impressed with the quality of services they performed and yesterday was no different.
I was notified the technician was on the way and when he arrived, he performed the services I requested, talked and answered questions I had about heating and cooling services.
I chose the Premium Club Membership, and look forward to seeing 3D Air Services next Spring.
