We had Total Mech. install a Trane Furnace and A/C unit in our home 2 years ago May. At that time the communication and professionalizm were top notch. We are even more happy today as we had an issue with a electrical communication system in the furnace stopped working yes 90 degrees high dew points and it stopped working. I contacted Total at 3:30 on a Saturday, within 10 minutes the tech was on the phone telling me he would be there around 6:00. And he was, excellet service excellent people.

New furnace and A/C install done by Richard. Friendly and a true professional. Quick and efficient installation. HVAC team did so well decided to give their plumbing division a try. Curt and Gavin did great and were professional and efficient.

Standby generator installed. Efficient, courteous. No complaints.

If it were possible for a company to earn ZERO stars, this company would. We had Total Mechanical upgrade our electrical system, plumbing and HVAC.
It took the electricians twice as long as quoted to complete the work. Once they said the work was done, we went through to verify and found SIXTEEN issues with their work. Issues including inoperable or sparking outlets and entire light fixtures not working. Then, rather than fix the inoperable outlet, the technician simply removed the outlet and capped the wall.
The plumber was not going to replace the flex tubing for the main water line coming into the house. Additionally he left a pipe leaking in our basement.
The HVAC tech didnt even feel our system needed service, even though theres gaping holes in the ductwork and hardly any air flow on the 2nd floor of our home.
We had to have them out to the property several times to ensure the work was done correctly and in full.
Lastly after only 4 days from the work receiving a passing inspection, we're sitting here with no lights on the first floor of our house.
I would not recommend Total Mechanical even to my worst enemy.

We contracted with Total Mechanical to do testing of smoke detectors/alarms at our 108 unit complex recently. A team of two, Marvin and Tom made the job go very quickly and smoothly. The following day, the technician (Steve) that checks sprinkler systems came in and completed the 2nd phase of the job.

This company was very well organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with!

Had a home generator installed. From start to finish, Stephanie in the office to the entire install crew, GREAT JOB.

I had a back up generator installed. They did a great job with both the work and explaining how it worked. Very professional.

Robert was extremely helpful in answering technical questions. He went out of his way to help, more than was required.

Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Total Mechanical in the past two years. Worked with Mark and Mike and were completely satisfied with their work, would highly recommend!!!

The tech was just here and he did a great job. He also answered all of my questions.

I have added you to my April 2022 calendar to make an appointment for next May.
