Had Total Residential do the electrical for my kitchen remodel. From the original walk-through to the final punch they have been great to work with - adapted to field modifications and scope increases without gouging on price. The electrician and tech's got right to it and didn't waste time. Very reliable and communicative in all that they were doing. Highly recommend!

Robert K. was very knowledgeable & professional in assessing our current HVAC system (2 yr old furnace & 24 yr old Trane AC). was able to recommend tweaks to our existing furnace in combination with a new 2-Stage Trane AC to eliminate the "Too Cold" feeling that we usually got from our singel stage AC while still have full capacity during the hottest days. Scott, our installer wa also very professional. Very punctual, polite and most importantly drew on his 22+ yrs of experience yielding an optimized install/replacement of old AC and adjustments to our 2 year old furnace and the addition of a new control panel to help our system run leaner & longer, eliminating the A/C units' frequent cycling on & off, which = feeling cold too often. We also added a Bipolar Ionization air cleaning system that is maintenance free to greatly reduce the stuffy house smell that can result from keeping the house closed up during the cooling or heating season. Especially important now with the smoke from western forest fires and our allergies as we get older. Highly recommend Total Residential for their ability to properly diagnose and recommend what 3 other quotes missed. I truly believe the right installer is equally important if not more so than the right equipment.

We had four new switches installed with a light in them and a new outlet. Derek was here on time, made some good suggestions and did a great job! Will not hesitate to contact Total in the future! Thank you

Installation was professionally performed in an expedient fashion . The quality of the products is evident in their performance. I trust this investment will comfort my home for many years. The ability to control my heating and air remotely from my smart phone was an added bonus! I am very satisfied with the entire experience.

While I enjoyed the professionalism of both the electrician and plumber, I am disappointed in the billing practices. When I scheduled the plumber, I let the person know I would need a water shutoff for my washing machine. However, when the plumber arrives, he does not have the parts and needs to get them. An hour later he returns and does a nice job of installation. He arrived at 7:00 and left at 9:15, but I was billed for 2.5 hours and the time he was gone. I guess I was just left a little disappointed by the lack of preparation and payment for "not being prepared for the job."

Everyone has been professional and competent. They solved some major issues caused by another contractor. Their work was done efficiently and was done right the first time. We will only use Total Mechanical for all of our needs going forward.

I needed some electrical work done - install kitchen range hood and couple bath exhausts. Called Total Mechanical to give me a quote. Mr. Robert K came over and took a look but that's the last I heard from them. They promised me an estimate in a week or so but they never got back. They didn't respond to my follow up emails or return my phone calls as well. Please be courteous to your potential customers.

Some of the worst professionals I have ever run into. As a business owner myself I would hope that business like this would go out of business.
Some back story, we had a fire early last year which was hard enough to deal with. So the restoration company hire Total Mechanical to do the plumbing work during the remodel. They came in and were told that everything that was not there before or improved we would need to pay out of pocket, which we understood insurance wasn't going to pay for our improvements that we wanted.
The problem started when Total mechanical started making improvements that we didn't want they assumed we would pay for them anyway once the job was completed. They supposedly fixed our water pressure issues (which still is not fixed, or even better in anyway) cost $2000. Next they installed 3 sinks in the wrong spots according to the blueprints, they refused to move them to were they should have been installed (had to hire a second plumber to fix) cost $600. Next they installed a 4th sink which did not have hot water working again would not fix (hired second plumber again). Lastly they install drains for the 3 sinks mentioned before but if sinks were all on water would spill onto the floor. Their solution was to tell our employees not use all 3 sinks at once and try to zip tie the drain pipes together (Again hired second plumber to fix)
Moral of the story DO NOT hire Total Mechanical and hire "second plumber" first. Wish we had done some background checks before.

I could not be happier with Total Mechanical. Our remodel 17 years ago was complicated and extensive as we made changes to our home that a large part was once a milking barn from the 1800's. We started with just the heat and over the years have also switched on Total Mechanical for plumbing and electric too. I love that they all work together and it is one stop shopping for a "mechanical" things in our home.
