Air Masters

Justin and his team are fantastic! We’ve been working with them for over five years when we purchased our house. We have a boiler/radiators and they installed a new air/heating unit on our third floor. They are very reasonable, responsive, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They have repaired our old furnace, installed a new one as well as repaired our AC unit. They also went to repaire my parents furnace today. My parents had nothing but a positive experience!

I'm a general contractor and we needed an issue resolved in our 2 story home where it was impossible to cool/heat both floors properly. I used Air Masters for the first time and Justin + crew assessed the issue, found some issues and recommended adding an additional zone/thermostat to the 2nd floor. The guys were great and the work exceeded my expectations. Simply put, they did exactly what they said they'd do on the exact day without any surprise bills and the system did exactly what they said it would do. Highly recommended!

Referred to these guys by a neighbor, and they really came through...TWICE! My furnace went out over the Fourth of July a few years back which also happened to be during a string of 90 degree temps. They were extremely professional, super responsive, offered a great value and were FAST!

6 months after they replaced my furnace we had sub zero temps and my furnace wasn’t keeping up. I called Justin, he came back out the next day, and he explained they inadvertently replaced my furnace with the wrong size. They owned up to the mistake and replaced it again at no charge.

I applauded their transparency and professionalism yet again. I definitely recommend!

Justin & the Air Masters team are responsive, communicative and incredibly reasonable. I was admittedly hesitant to start using another HV/AC vendor due to a very strong relationship with another area company as our management portfolio quickly grew, but Air Masters has erased any and all doubts - their prices are great, their work is exceptional, and Justin is the epitome of responsive and reasonable. He's taken calls for the rental properties I manage in the middle of the night on many occasions and is an incredible asset to our management company, tenants and property owners. I have grown to appreciate Air Masters during all four seasons - installs are always reasonably priced and prompt, and they always stands by their work - all the while delivering the information needed to keep everyone informed and updated in the moment. After WE Energies found the source of a gas leak in my condo, I reached out to Justin at Air Master. He called back (after hours) within 30 minutes and scheduled a visit at 9:00am the following morning. Matt showed up promptly at 9:00am, confirmed the specific parts needed with the office so they would be pulled when he left to get them. He returned promptly, made the necessary repair, checked his work, and also checked the remaining gas connections. Matt was conscious of being neat, clean, safe (during a COVID-19 visit), and shared what he was doing every step of the way. Both Matt and Justin were extremely professional, thorough, kind, compassionate...the kind of local contractor we all wish we could work with every day.

Very honest, knowledgable, hard working people. Each service tech that has come to do work or maintenance has been great! We've had furnace work and maintenance and a new air conditioner from this company. The owner cares about his employees and when an owner takes care of his employees the work reflects that.

We were having some uneven heating issues with our second floor and Justin came out and really helped sort it out. He explained everything, checked all the venting and got a booster for one of the vents which really helped. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Good service on furnace tune up on unit that they installed a few years ago. Matt did an excellent job on explaining what was being done and very knowledgeable in his work.
