First of all there fast talking salesman really tried to take advantage of my 80-year-old mother. Before she knew what was going on she has signed a contract for over $16,000,
Six days after signing a contract she was admitted into the hospital for medication complications due to a back problem. She was in the hospital for approximately 10 days. When I started doing some checking on the price initially quoted her they were about $9000 over Home Depot’s price for their contractors coming to do the same work. But the Sears Office in Milwaukee and Miami Florida, Will dad take this into consideration about her hospital stay, said you were over the ten-day is cancellation. So they are now trying to charge my mother over $4000 for doing nothing. Great job shears lookout for the elderly people in United States. Now I can see why your stores across the country are going out of business.
    Thank you Charles J Rathke

Right from the start of the process, when the Sales Rep, Hanh Tran, came to the house to look at our HVAC system and give us some suggestions, everything went as planned and on time. Dave and Jim showed up to do the install of our New Furnace and A/C Unit, right within the time frame they said they'd be here and finished up in the acceptable time frame that it would take. They took away all of the old equipment and cleaned up all of the debris that it took to get the job done. And the best part, everything works very well and is a lot more quiet than the old unit. We are very pleased with the whole process and would recommend Sears/Transform to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
    Thank You.

Had windows replaced by this outfit. Went well until the contract was signed and down payment made. Then a Project Coordinator took over and the delays kicked in. She wouldn't return phone calls or answer emails. Had to contact her boss several times. Finally, the installation appointment was made, then cancelled a half hour before they were supposed to show. The Project Coordinator was supposed to call me the next morning to reschedule, but did not. Left voicemail, sent email, no answer. Had to contact her boss again, which delayed the rescheduling several days. The installation went well, the windows seem to be of good quality, but I won't be considering this outfit for the bathroom renovation that is the next project because I'd likely get stuck with the same unsatisfactory customer service level from the person supposed to be coordinating the project.

The easiest experience and nice, friendly professionals. We had our windows done and we are very happy with the outcome! We will definitely be looking for future home improvements through Sears!

Terrible experience. Not only did WE have to f/u for weeks just to get someone to come out to measure our doorway for the door we bought, not only did they react very slowly to get this addressed, then lied about attempts to reach us which contradicted the many stories each of them spun individually, they accidentally broke a window pane in an interior door & ignored f/u calls and emails regarding getting it fixed. Once it was escalated to a manager because WE had to seek that recourse out ourselves, weeks later our interior door was fixed...however, the WORST part of this experience was the fraudulent bait & switch move they made. The salesman offered us points towards more product or the option to convert those points into a reduction in cost for our purchase which we chose. It brought our door that was about $2700 down to $2300 & less our $500 deposit/payment our new balance financed was $1800 but when we received our statement from the lender, our balance was over $2400!!! $1,800 is far less than $2,400+ & they are unwilling to honor what the salesman showed us on his iPad before leaving that night & since he left w/o giving us any documents providing that price, they will not adjust the price of the door. Talk about adding insult to injury. This is the most unprofessional, shady company we've ever had the displeasure of working with.

I went without heat from 12/19/17 to 2/5/18. Sears hired someone to install my boiler, the person kept rescheduling without notifying me. As this created a domino effect, pipes & radiators had to be replaced, costing more money, finally wanted to charge me $7500 to fix radiators, I called another company and they repaired the radiators for $467.25.

I was very impressed considering the installer was alone no help, and he did a very very very awesome job installing the windows… very efficient and what I loved the most was how he cleaned the windows from smudges etc. afterwards….

Don't do it! The service is terrible. "Dave" the manager could care less about your problems! Spent 30K on a bathroom remodel and the ceiling lights went out in a year! I miss the old sears that stood by their products and service, today all you'll get is lip service! have your remodeling done elsewhere and save yourself some grief.

I was not impressed with the overall service SEARS provided. They didn't provide the items specified in the order, and took my $245 Nest without letting me know. Not good at all!
