KP Heating and Cooling LLC

I used K P Htg & Clg for a new Coleman Furnace, Air Conditioner, High Efficient Filter, UV light and Steam Humidifier. Rick and his crew did an awesome job installing and teaching us how to use the new system. They left the basement cleaner than when they got there and even had a treat for our dog. They should up on time which we appreciated and kept us informed as the installation happened. I would highly recommend for a new installation or service of existing.

I have used KP heating and cooling LLC for a new furnace and of course my old furnace went out in below 0 degrees. Rick came out and got us fixed up without a problem. I recently used them for a hepa filter. I have really bad allergies, and living in a old farm house my allergies were out of control. It’s amazing the difference, thanks Rick. It’s nice to have a company you can trust and depend on when the unthinkable happens

Our furnace went out on a Friday night. I did a Google search for an HVAC business open on Saturdays, hoping I could leave a message and get a service call. I didn't even have to leave a voicemail as I was able to speak to Rick that evening. He set up a 9 a.m. service call on the next day, on a Saturday. I was expecting the worst with a 32 year old furnace, original to the house. Rick did not waste anytime showing me that he could fix it, but it was clear we needed more than a band-aid fix. Not only did Rick get me a new furnace installed on a Saturday, he helped me out by applying the service fee for the first trip towards the furnace. Spoke to my cousin who does HVAC and was told that the price would have been fair any day of the week, much less for a Saturday service call with less than 24 hour notice. Thanks again Rick.

Rick has always been responsive to issues that we've had at home for heating and cooling. He offered ideas on how to monitor and adjust venting to better heat and cool the home. He has come out quickly to address immediate problems. He is always professional and offers a competitive price.

Just want to thank Rick and crew for their fast and reliable service. We had a problem with our furnace and gave them a call, Rick came out and explained what was wrong with it and the next day his team came out and installed a new furnace just like he said. When my previous HVAC guy was bought out, I was looking for a replacement and that is when I found KP Heating. I own multiple rental properties and had issues at five different ones this past winter. Every time I called, Rick answered the phone. Every time he came and fixed the issue. Every time he was professional, courteous, on time, and reasonably priced. I own two properties and always call KP Heatig and Cooling for all my heating and cooling needs. One job specifically KP went above and beyond. I had a purchased a foreclosed moblie home that needed new a new furnace and A/C. I got three different estimates. KP was the only one that designed a system that would be more efficient and affordable. It required all new ducting but was worth every penny. Every time I walk by that furnace I'm so grateful for the outstanding workmanship. Most recently the a/c was fan was running continuously in Jan. They came out the same day I called. They got it turned off and said they would need to come back to test it when the weather was warmer. This spring they followed up on their own without me needing to call them. I was so impressed. Great service!

The first hot day of the season and of course the AC doesn't work. I called at least 8 places to get our AC fixed and KP had the lowest service charge and could get out here the next morning. First they were 15 min early and they had the problem fixed within 10 min. He only charged the $50 service fee. Very friendly, fast and reasonably priced. Will be using them next time we have heating and cooling problems also. Thank you for the wonderful job
