Rick was very thorough in troubleshooting our air flow issue. He checked and rechecked his work to give me the best service possible. It's nice to find tradesmen who take pride in a job well done.

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with KP Heating. Our contractor used them for the installation of the HVAC system in our new home, we had never heard of them prior. Our major issue is the poor-quality workmanship. The ductwork has so many gaps and holes our storage room doubles as a sauna, kind of nice in the winter but probably not the best use of energy. There is thermostat wiring hanging from the ceiling, 2 zones did not work initially which ended up being to poor wire connection, (emailed them, they never responded) they neglected to finish a cold air return and just threw a piece of sheet metal to hide the gap in the joist; it eventually vibrated out of place, venting for a garage heater fell apart in the attic, sent them pictures but they denied they did anything wrong and wouldn’t come and look at it, installed the garage heater with insulation in the venting, which was right at the bottom of the vent, not sure how they missed it? So many more issues to list here, either way, we would not recommend them to anyone.

Several times KP Heating and Cooling has been an efficient company for me. Even when weather is at it’s worst they are readily available. Their staff is very friendly and informed and the product is competitively priced! I feel very comfortable using their services again and again.

Rick and his crew at KP Heating & Cooling replaced our old boiler heating system in an older home with a new forced air system & AC. He had some ridiculously tight spaces to work; however, they managed to put in heating and cooling that works well. His price was right. He was very responsive to customer contact and answered questions thoroughly. The work was well-done. I would highly recommend KP Heating & Cooling.

We replaced our old oil furnace in our 110 yr old home a few years ago. Rick gave us an excellent price & we love our new gas furnace. He is always available for service issues & is very knowledgeable about all types of heating. They even removed our old oil tank themselves!

Rick responded to my call right away when our air conditioner quit working. He was at our house the next day and had a new unit installed the day after that. Fair pricing and good clean installation. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend KP without hesitation. I know nothing about how these systems are supposed to work so I always call Rick even with little questions and he's always nice enough to answer them and teach me. I bought my home in 2003 and Rick serviced the 35 year old furnace for years. He went the extra mile to help me keep it running as long as possible. Lol, the original AC is still running thanks to him! When it came time to replace the furnace in 2008 he helped me pick out one that saves money on my utility bills and that heats the levels of our quad level home much more evenly. He installed a filter system to better clean the air for my children with allergies and asthma more efficiently than the furnace alone. We cut the number of my daughter's ear infections way down by getting clean air. Just today, I called with a question and he called me back pretty much immediately and we scheduled a routine maintenance appointment just to make sure all is well and I do not have to worry. The commitment to quality, customer service and trustworthiness over a 20 year time span speaks volumes all on its own.

Highly recommend KP Heating and Cooling. They diagnosed my furnace issue quickly and fixed the problem. My heating went out on a Sunday morning and they were able to come to the house shortly after I called. Very professional and did a great job of explaining the issue and my options.
