We’ve had this indescribable TERRIBLE smell from our heat since 2021. I’ve had another heat repair company over 4 (!) times since then, and it ended with “we’re not sure, sorry” and a $100 inspection fee, with no advice on what to do next. I was connected with the good guys and they came over, tried a ton to find the issue. They didn’t charge me for coming out, only cost to replace some filters. Had another guy over, he walked the outside of the house and found the smell! He never gave up, never told me I don’t know what to tell you. I 1000% recommend these guys. Everyone was amazing, and now my heat is smell free!!
I have a a/c system installed on my attic, I should have done this review 1 1/2 year ago but I waited the system leaking air on the attic , i can cus moldy damage with the heat, I call then back and a guy came in a gave me a tape. So I can do it myself 😦 after I pay 16,000. a a/c system them have to call back 2 weeks later cus a/c don’t stop ruining well when the thermostat was installed was the hole in the back for the wires and all the hot air from the attic was coming in making the thermostat to fell hot all the time, not cleaning out after the work, I have to do it 17 holes on the drywall for the vents Avery one was drywall dust on the floors, not professional and today for the tuneup the Unit outside was burn with a torch and just throw water on it , the unit is only 1 1/2 old is not that dirty, but you can still see the was not clean up properly, how are you not use this company again I prefer to pay double for the good job and get it done right the first time.
I love this local business! We have them do furnace maintenance every year. They get someone here as soon as possible and they are always on time (sometimes early -with a phone call). The techs are always nice and professional and do quality work. The office staff is wonderful as well!
Call The Good Guys for all your HVAC needs. We had a problem with our boiler and they were at our house within 2 hours of calling the office. Everyone from the office to the tech was the most friendly people I’ve dealt with in a while. In this age friendly service is hard to find and goes a long way. Their techs are very knowledgeable and got everything working and explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it.

Like many others, we've been affected by this extremely hot summer and our A/C wasn't giving us its all. I requested a service appointment through The Good Guy's website and within 3 hours, they had responded to my inquiry and were on their way to our house to check on the issue. Shortly after arriving, the technician diagnosed the issue and repaired the unit.
The service was really above and beyond. I did not expect them to respond same-day, but they not only got back to me, but came AND fixed the issue within hours of my initial email. On top of that, the service was reasonably priced. Absolutely 10/10 - would recommend to anyone.
We have relied on Christensen Wisnet for all our furnace and A/C needs since 2002. In our former & current home they have installed two new furnaces & two A/C's. We have Eric do our annual check up, but would trust any of their employees. Receive a 10 year warranty on our furnaces if we get them inspected annually. At our former home the Motherboard went out a while into having our furnace and they promptly replaced our furnace with a new one. Integrity at its finest. Thanks for always doing a great job & making us aware of everything

Had an absolutely amazing experience today with this company. Had an emergency with my furnace (it’s the weekend!) and Evan was so quick to come over and get everything fixed up. I was expecting to have to wait awhile, so I was pleasantly surprised! He was so kind, helpful, polite, and sweet. They went above and beyond to help me out.
