My furnace blower motor died one cold night, and the Blount repairman arrived the next morning to replace it. I really appreciated the quick response time. When I asked for an estimate on a new more energy efficient furnace, I received it the same day including options and a possible date and time for installation. The installation was timely, neat, and I was informed on how to use my new equipment. I highly recommend Blount!

I called on a Saturday. The on-call and service guys were amazing to work with. Responded promptly and diagnosed the issue. Presented me with options (which I loved). The same gentleman came the following Monday (again was nice because I knew who he was from Saturday). They were able to meet at my house right away and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend.

When I took advantage of the coupon sent in the mail for $100 furnace tune up only find out I needed a whole new furnace at first it seemed sketchy. However Blount reached out to me and said that my furnaces heat exchanger was still under warranty after 24 years! My warranty was a rare but awesome 25 year warranty. They came in and installed it for a fraction of the cost of a brand new furnace. Not only was John (I think that was his name) professional but also this company is trustworthy! Dennis did a great job servicing our home and our son’s home today! He checked everything, cleaned the AC unit and replaced our furnace filter. NOW, the weather can warm up!!

Blount gets the highest recommendation I can offer. Sure they check the main boxes: on time, polite, professional. But, they just went so far beyond that.
I've worked with all kinds of contractors professionally and personally, and it's usually okay work, sometimes poor work, and sometimes they leave the place in worse shape.
Every once in awhile I hire someone that does everything right, is a pleasure to work with, cleans up after themselves, and does that little extra that means so much. Blount is one of those places.
They fit me in to an insanely busy schedule, determined the problem and didn't try to pressure or upsell me, looked into all of my warranties for me and found coverage, and came back to fix my HVAC quickly and without any issue. I worked with Patrick and Tanner and both were great. I'll use them exclusively from now on for all of my properties and always recommend them, they're a stellar example of the home-town WI small business that just does things right.

Blount technician Tanner showed up to my house on a Sunday morning after he went to run errands at Legoland. He took pictures of all my equipment. He was inquisitive and excited to "see what I was working with". He has a lot of really small tools. Would recommend.
