KP Heating and Cooling LLC

I have used KP Heating for 2 different properties. The first time was for a planned total heating, ac installation and all the ductwork. I couldn't be happier. The second was for an emergency furnace replacement. He arrived in a timely manner and the replacement went without a hitch.

We had a different company come out initially to see why our house would smell like burning electrical/plastic whenever the heat would turn on. That company came and left and said there was nothing wrong. The issue persisted. We couldn’t tolerate the odor and were encouraged to call KP Heating & Cooling. My husband explained what was going on—just from the description given they knew exactly what was wrong and came out to our house to fix the issue right away. No more smell!!! Thank you!!!!

The technician arrived on time, was polite, and professional. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Rates were reasonable. The job was done in a timely fashion.
