Bob's Quality Heating & Air Conditioning

Called for a tune-up because I noticed my furnace wasn't behaving normally. They were able to fit us into a cancelation spot same week we called and it was a good thing because the furnace actually had a broken part that was increasing the CO2 in our home! Had a quote in minutes, and after they confirmed the furnace I wanted was in-stock they came over and replaced it that afternoon. They even swapped my ancient thermostat for one I purchased two years ago bet never found the time to install myself (luckily I remembered where I stashed it!) The old furnace was installed, hauled away and the new one installed in a matter of hours. I was extremely impressed with the company, and I now understand why an old co-worker always raved about them.

Best part? Because of their free quite policy, I wasn't charged for the tune-up--just converted the appointment! While I hope to never need them again in this capacity, I do look forward to having them do regular maintenance on the new furnace to make sure something like this doesn't sneak up on us again!

Great response time, I was able to get someone out the same day to look at my AC unit that stopped working. The technician was polite and worked quickly to resolve my issue. He also explained the problem at the end of the appointment and answered all my questions. Great service!

Bob's installed a 3-head heat pump unit primarily to be used for A/C as we have boiler heat. Bonus is it can also be used to assist in heating our home.
Multiple bids and Bob's was inline with another, but we've used Bob's for boiler maintenance and they have always been professional, cost effective and thorough.

Installers did a great job with some challenging line issues. They were very courteous and did a very professional install. They also went over the unit operation when done

Our old central air unit quit working on Friday, June 23rd. We called them Monday, June 26th and they were out Tuesday morning at 8am replacing our unit. Wonderful service, great company to work with.

We got home from vacation to find our a/c had stopped working. Bob’s came out first thing the next day and before we knew it everything was back up and running.
