Our appointment was scheduled between 12-2pm and the technician arrived at 12pm on the dot!!!!!!! He was done within 45 minutes. We have used Bob's Quality Heating and Cooling for several years and have always been very pleased with their service. We like the reassurance of having our furnace checked every fall so that we know it will work during our Frozen Tundra winters.

I had a new furnace and AC installed by Bob's in August 2020. The install went great and the service was perfect.

Unfortunately, 9 months later my furnace stopped working. I called Bob's and they came out and found a bad control board in my furnace. They were able to replace it quickly and got me back up and running in no time. Luckily this was all covered under warranty.

In July 2022 I found that my AC wasn't cooling the house and the condenser unit outside was short cycling. This unfortunately happened on a Friday evening and I needed it fixed for the weekend. Bob's was able to come out the same day to take care of it. Although I am still covered under the manufacturer's warranty for some parts, the service call was not covered. I had to pay the after hours rate for a repair of a "damaged wire".

I definitely recommend Bob's for their service, but I am disappointed with the quality of the Rheem equipment that was installed.

Bob’s fixed my air conditioner the very next morning after I called for service. The technician was very professional and explained what was wrong and how he were going to fix it. Bob’s Heating and Cooling have always been good whenever I have used them.

The two gentleman who arrived were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem with our broken A/C. The unit went out late last night. I called Bob’s Heating and Cooling this morning, but it was already 11:00 am. I was flabbergasted when receptionist said technician could come today! Being that it is mid 80’s and very humid, I was thrilled. It is not even 3:00 pm and the fantastic service technicians have already completed work at a very reasonable cost. House is already cooling!! Highly recommend Bob’s Heating and Cooling. They routinely care for our furnace needs also.
