We have had our new air conditioning for about a month now. It's working great but, more important, was the service. The technician set realistic timelines, was transparent with details, easy to reach and answered any questions we had throughout the process. He went above and beyond by sacrificing his evening to finish installing the AC system to get the job done so our two young boys wouldn't have to spend another day in a hot house with temperatures reaching triple digits! The most honest, skilled, capable, reliable and professional person I've ever dealt with and to top it off, the nicest guy you can meet. No need to go anywhere else for your HVAC needs. Just call Alex. I called him in order to replace the A/C unit after another repair guy told me the unit is shot and needs to be replaced. Alex came out for purpose of giving me a quote as per my request which he did promptly. When he came out to take measurements for the replacement, he looked at the unit and told that he was surprised that we want to replace the unit because it looks fairly new. He then proceeded to fix it by simply replacing the capacitor and one bad fuse. This guy could've easily went along with the lie of the air conditioner needing replacement and could've easily made $10,000 but instead, due to his high moral caliber, fixed the unit for me and basically saved us $10,000. I'm telling you, he is your guy for any air conditioning or HVAC repairs. He is a gem of a guy.

We called and they sent Alex out the same day who was able to diagnose and repair our unit. We really appreciate it and will definitely use them in the future.
