Excellent service! Alex was on time for the appointment, and very friendly. Charged my central ac unit and the cost was very fair. Highly recommend and will call them the next time I need service.

Smart HVAC was on the site the next day, as scheduled. My gas furnace was due for a maintenance. Alex was very professional as he maintained the furnace and changed out the furnace filter. I am very content with his services.

I needed an HVAC professional to do the technical completion on a my ductless mini-split install and was so happy that I found Alex. He put me into his schedule right away. When he arrived and went to work I could immediately see that he really knew his trade and had all of the appropriate tools. Very nice guy. We chatted during the entire process and he was very friendly and responsive to my HVAC questions. While waiting for the required pressure testing and system vacuuming, he even just casually cleaned our nearby larger AC condenser as we chatted. Once the testing was done, he helped me do the last bit of electrical wiring and then did a bit more performance testing once the unit was running. All of this was done at a completely fair price. After this experience I wouldn’t think of calling anyone other than Alex for any future AC maintenance or install work.

Alex from Smart HVAC came out on such short notice on the coldest iciest day of the year. We tried multiple companys before hand and were only turned away being told its too busy to send anyone. Alex was proffessional. Quick and extremely effective as our heating system was up and running as soon as he was done. My 4 month old baby will always appreciate this christmas miracle. Alex came out to our house same-day, to do a repair and full maintenance on our A/C system. He was very fast and efficient and extremely friendly. He even showed up earlier than the time he originally quoted, and it was a major blessing on a 90 degree day! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC service or A/C service, and we would use them again, if needed.

Woke up to a broken heater, me and my kids were cold. Needed Someone to come asap as it is winter. Called a few places and they were all booked out. I called Alex and he didn’t even hesitate. Came within an hour, looked at it, ordered parts and came the very next day and fixed it. Meanwhile did a temporary fix so we can have heat at home. Thank you Alex.

Alex did a tune-up on our gas furnace. When our recirculation fan turned on noisily, I told him that that was a common occurrence for us. He made the noise go away, but was clear that the underlying problem persists. I plan to have the fan problem fixed next spring when they come out to do AC maintenance. Based on our conversations and the quality of his work, I feel that our HVAC system is in good hands.
