    Great company! In the process of selling my home and the buyers were wanting the HVAC system inspection and serviced to ensure everything is in good working condition. When I first made the call o schedule an appointment, not being an HVAC expert (by any means) I asked to set up on apt to have the ducts cleaned. The guy who took my first call did not just take my request and run with it but asked a few more questions to ensure I was getting the right service needed. He asked if I was selling my home and if the appointment was per a request from the buyers. I said yes and he proceeded to let me know that most buyers based on a home inspection report will not ask for a duct cleaning but for a service and PM on the furnace and air flow/ventilation check. Upon further review of the actual home inspection report and buyers request, the All Season's guy was right and I was interpreting their request incorrect. It saved me $300 from the first call because the All Season's guy took the time to ask me the right questions and educate me on what was probably being asked. From there, the appointment was scheduled, Ann, the office admin, called 30 minutes prior to the contractor showing up to confirm his arrival time and when Chad the contractor arrived he too was very informative, polite, and thorough. And to top off the already great experience, Ann called me within 45 minutes of our appointment being complete and asked me if I wanted a copy of the invoice since she knew this appointment was due to a home sale. Within minutes we had in our hands what we needed to provide to the buyers of work that was completed. We will definitely keep All Season's # on hand for all of our HVAC needs in the future. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!!!

    Nothing like having your furnace go out on Christmas Eve... I called "the other company" and left a message on their emergency line yesterday at 5:40 pm... never did call back. They didn't answer the phone at 8:00 am when they open... So, decided it was time to find a new heating & air conditioning company. I called All Seasons emergency line and Scott answered on the first ring. He was here within an hour and (thankfully) it was a repair he could do on the spot. Fast, courteous, professional AND reasonably priced. I can not thank you enough for being so responsive - I know who I will call from now on :) Merry Christmas!

    A great company with equally great service! On Nov 18,2015 we experienced a power failure about 8 am.

    Power company was quick to respond and isolate the problem and repaired it. unfortunately during the process our gas furnace was rendered inop due to a power surge which blew a circuit board.

    All Seasons to the rescue! They responded quickly the same day,sent one of their
    best technicians to fix the problem and restore heat the same day.

    Highly recommend this company.

    We’ve done business with All Seasons for years and for the most part service has been good.

    Don’t know if they have changed owners or not.

    This last time my wife phoned and made an appointment for service of out heat pump. I determined that the transformer that powers the controls had gone out. I didn’t know what caused it to die. An appointment was scheduled for the next week. The day before the scheduled repairs, we phoned to find out what time they would be there. They could not find the appointment, so they set up a service call for a couple of days later.

    The service man came out and replaced the transformer, don’t recall if he tested the transformer or not. I looked at the old transformer after he left and saw that the fuse in it that had blown. He could have just replaced the fuse. He did put a fuse in the output line of the new transformer. I turned the power on after the transformer had been replaced and the blower started running. That confirmed the old transformer had died. When the outside unit was turned on, the fuse on the transformer blew, so something in the outside unit was the problem. The service man replaced a control block on the outside unit and everything seems to work. The outside unit was under warranty (parts only) so there was no charge for the control block.

    I figured he was going to check the refrigerant level, but he didn’t. That may have got overlooked when they blotched the original appointment.

    The shock was the bill for this work. The service man was here for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The bill was $400. I can buy the transformer for $15, they should be able to get it for less. Not many places that charge $300 an hour.

    In the future we will have someone else do any heat pump work.

    After we did not get an invoice, we called. I was curious as to why the big bill. They said since we paid by credit card, they did not send an invoice, but they would send one. Then we found out they charged the wrong sales tax rate. I did verify with the Department of Revenue that they should have charged the county rate (7.7%) and not city of Vancouver rate (8.4%). They sent a refund for the overcharge of the tax.

    The crew at All Seasons Heating & Cooling installed a heat pump and new electric furnace. Of the 4 companies we bid for the job, they provided the most robust package for the money and the install was nothing short of flawless. The new system has exceeded our expectations and has been a great addition just before the summer heat. I will gladly utilize them for all of my future HVAC needs.

    All Seasons Heating and Cooling technition Kevin SAVED THE DAY! Our heat pump went out in the evening of our hottest day of the year. Kevin had been working a LONG day but said he would be at our house at 6am the next morning to fix our unit. He arrived right at 6am and had it fixed by 6:30am! He still had an extra long day ahead but worked us into his schedule. We REALLY APPRECIATE his going above and beyond the normal service.

    I ordered a regular maintenance on my heat pump/furnace. The technician arrived on time the guy checked out all of the equipment, even cleaned the outside of the outdoor unit so it looks like new. I very pleased with the service and enjoyed talking to the technician as he showed me various parts of the furnace. He didn't really find anything wrong but that gave me piece of mind going into the future.

    My HAVAC system was not working,So I called this Company because of the good reviews. Big Mistake! The tech came to my house and pulled the cover to the Heat Pump and found a dead mouse on top of the capacitor. within 15 minutes,He immediately replaced the capacitor. That was Not the problem. I was charged over $167 for a part that cost less than $11. He continued to check the rest of the system and put 4 lbs of refrigerant in the system without checking for leaks. It was Obvious there was a leak in the system.The system was up & running when he left. Four days later it quit working. I called the company to let them know the heat was Not working. The receptionist advised me to turn on the Aux. heat. That Did Not Work!
    I called another company that fixed the problem the First Visit.
    All Seasons Refunded my money but if you want it fixed Right the first time, Don't Call All Seasons!

    All Seasons was one of several HVAC companies I've scheduled to check out my HVAC unit to determine if it was repairable and if not give us an estimate on a new replacement. They were the third company to come by and found that nothing needed to be replaced or repaired. They found that my issue had to do with an unconnected wire! I can't believe the first two HVAC techs from two different shops couldn't diagnose what All Seasons did in less than five minutes! When All Seasons had all the financial incentives to pitch me a new replacement but instead just reconnected the wire without cost has made me customer for life for all service, maintenance, and future replacement needs!

    Our AC went out during a heat wave. We called in the morning & were fit into the schedule for 3pm. Kevin was at our door by 1:15 and had our AC running by 2! Kevin was knowledgeable, efficient & friendly.
