    BUYER BEWARE. If i could give a 0 I would. This was the worst service i have ever recieved. They only care about making the deal. Once you sign the papers it's the worst experience of my life. I called and complained and was told that they didn't agree with me and NOTHING happened. They scheduled my apt w/out my knowledge then called me gave me 2 days notice, then rescheduled 2 days out without even telling me. I still haven't received my final documents and the inspection they promised still hasn't happened. DON'T USE SEARS!!!

    The windows arrived late and all six were too big. Now I am waiting once again (even later) for the correct size windows. The salesman was very pleasant, and knew his job. However I feel there is dis-communication within the various departments -- very unorganized. The new furnace is wonderful, but only one man, John, had the knowledge to get it working. And it wasn't his job -- he was there for consultation, but ended up doing the work. I am very pleased with John.

    The worst. Took over 6 months. Wrong items were ordered. Some installed and they would not fix. Others were ordered and not delivered for months. Installation was full of errors. The marked up the walls with scratches and then said they dont' "paint". Great. Why hire them in the first place. NEVER use this group.

    Worst service!! I would never go back to them any more. We order a sliding shower door and countertop for our bathroom. The service man did not show up in the schedule day. I have to call their coordinator several times. And I was told they made mistakes. And this happens three times. Every time we need to take one day off. Now we still have a missing handle in our new sliding door. The service man did not show up again. I don't know what is their excuse this time.

    So glad I didn't read the reviews before we ordered from Sears. We had a great experience all around. The installers of our carpet did a fantastic job!

    I was told many things would occur during my appointment that never occurred even though I paid for these to happen. Extremely unsatisfied as when the techs left they stated they need to order a new part and it would take a few days to be received and re installed. Been over a week and still no phone call.

    Everything was completed, sales through installation, by courteous, professional personnel. Product works as expected! Final install missing expected cosmetic covers so I am disappointed with that aspect.

    Worst service EVER. I paid $350 for their premier warranty. My fridge broke Nov 6th. They tried to tell me unplugging it and plugging it in would fix it. They didnt even want to schedule me an appointment. I finally convinced them but it wasnt until Nov 21st. Within 5 min the tech said he didnt have the parts to fix it. Next appointment Dec 8th. The parts didnt arrive in time. Now my appointment is Dec 20th. Unacceptable!

    Our siding was installed quickly and professionally and the project was finished ahead of schedule! Our installer was so helpful and efficient. The new siding looks great.

    * Chris, Mike and Anthony were extremely professional, courteous and respectful. The workmanship was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Aaron (the PM) really helped smooth out the rough start to get this project. I'm excited abut the windows! It's like HD!!
