Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I felt pressure in buying but happy because it was Sears and when the roof went on it was very very stressful.. Still don't understand how a 50 yrs will make it with tabs being 10yrs tabs that was put on?? The sales person did his job to get a sale I should of know better ......

I was lied to about the cond. of my roof and attic. I was told the price was not an estimate but the final figure and that I could count on the reps to pay any untoward costs. The roof needed $4000 more to complete to warranty stds. The reps are no where to be found. I was taken for a ride.

workmanship we received from Sears Home Improvement. We
would definitely go through them again.

I am very pleased with the service we received when we purchased a new
electric furnace and heat pump. From the estimate to the installation
the process was fast and professional .

It took twice as long as promised on our windows and no effort was made by the Project Coordinator to keep us informed.

The project did not turn out like I thought it would or suggested, from the placement of the vents to how the unit looks outside.

Everything went very smoothly. It all depends on the subcontractor you get. Very professional and responsive

Not an actual Sears store! Thanks a lot Google! Wasted time and gas getting to nowhere!
