We had a great experience working with Summit! In fact, we called them because the first company we called was flaky. They were on time and did a great job with our install. Highly recommended!!

So far, they've almost finished, but tonight will be cold. Not their fault because they can't control the weather. Very well organized and conscientious crew.

My family didn’t get approved for the loan but Mark was great to speak with and very professional. Explained everything that needs to happen in the process and how long it would take. He is amazing and deserves a raise! We look forward to trying to apply again next year.🤞🏽🤞🏽

Bryan was on time, clearly identified the problem with my furnace, gave me no pressure options for moving forward, and maintained safety guidelines.
Summit had him to my house in 24hrs after speaking to them! Great service!

The technician was friendly and fairly happy to answer my questions, which were very technical (for my own knowledge.) He was quick, and even though the problem was one I caused, he didn't come across as condescending at all. Very professional and COVID safe as well!

Worst customer experience ever... I would not ever recommend. The guy that came was so rude and creepy. Rude ... because after I asked him if he needed to come inside to see what’s wrong with the heater he immediately got offended and stopped answering any questions I had and pretended not to hear me just completely ignored me. Then I asked why he need to come in after he found out what was wrong with it he said he wanted to make sure the filter was changed. Ok understandable however I checked that and let him know I didn’t think that was the case. Creepy because his whole attitude changed when I told him that. I mean I’d rather not have anyone in my home other than family because of COVID but also because I felt uneasy around him. He had to come twice to my house and he was rude both times! He ignored me and my questions! I wish I could’ve had a different person like on some of these reviews! This guy name was John , Heavy set and very RUDE. WHAT HAPPENED TO WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

Responsive via phone and clearly discussed pricing and options for furnace and AC tune up. Brittany arrived within scheduled window and was knowledgeable and helpful. She was respectful of current need for mask and extra precautions surrounding COVID and asked prior to entering home for safety. Would use again for future HVAC needs.

Very satisfied on the whole process from Mark to the rest of the technician who went in and work on the installation. We went ahead and have TRANE energy efficient furnace and air conditioner installed on our house.
I just have one thing to point out and it's about the PSE energy rebate. The quote did mention about the $350 rebate from PSE but it's already added (deducted) to the overall cost. I was under the impression that since it is a rebate, I would expect to get it after the install. What they do is they automatically enrolled you the PSE rebate program and PSE will send the rebate to them. So if you're considering High Efficiency Furnace from Summit Heating, please carefully review your quotes and ask about the rebate.

Needed heater serviced. Summit Heating & Air fit me in. They were on time, courteous, went right to the problem and fixed it at a reasonable rate. They didn't try to gouge me for something simple and they didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. Thanks For the great work Summit!

Our refrigerator filter needed replacing and the unit was older than we thought it was. None the less, you guys tracked down a compatible filter and installed it. This was a difficult project, thankyou for your extra effort.
