Summit Heating & Air Conditioning

Jeremy came out to give us a quote to install air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Very kind courteous. When we get ready to install, he would be the reason we choose Summit Heating and air conditioning.

Overall we were happy with the installation of our AC and furnace. We did have to wait an awfully long time which was upsetting because we had ordered it and had an installation date set up and that was postponed. They also vented it out our back door and that set up is not acceptable. Because it’s very noticeable and drips on you when you walk out the door. But overall we are very satisfied with our unit.

The team - Jason, Sam, and Chris, did a professional job at the install, they were all courteous, they arrived early, walked us through the process and ensured the system worked properly and we wouldn’t have any issue with it. Did a great job cleaning up. Would recommend this local company to anyone needing AC installed.

Red Brenton is an awesome technician! He was able to pinpoint the problem immediately and was able to obtain and install the parts and replace the thermostat wire within minutes.

Summit Heating did an absolutely fabulous and very thorough job of replacing the water heater in my home. The old water heater was so gunked up with sediment from the hard water in the county that it wouldn't drain. They managed to get it outside, where they drained it safely. They then installed the new water heater and even showed me how to maintain it myself. That speaks hugely of his honesty and that of Summit's. They were also very pleasant and professional. This is the third job I've had Summit Heating do in my home. This company is the best!

Great experience with Summit! The service agents were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer many questions and gave me some useful advice for the future of my 70 year old home's HVAC system. Highly recommended! Also, the work came in under the original quote - I got a very fair price.

These guys were really nice, courteous, and gave me a great estimate. We replaced our air conditioner and hot water heater and they were in and out in two days. They put up with my dog and kids running around and respected my home. I would definitely do work with them again because they were friendly, trustworthy, honest, respectful, and knowledgeable.

You sent an unLicensed technician to my home. told I need a new outdoor unit and A Coil Because I was low on refrigerant. charged 169$ I am not happy that's a scam . Your tech was polite and nice . Not a lot of Diagnostic took place in the situation. Asked how much to have them replaced told the sales Rene would call me. Not okay the tech can't do field quotes or Legally repair anything. Not okay bad customer service brian was good but your company is not.

Our heater went out in our home. The gentleman that came to talk to us was very thorough and fair. No pressure at all. We got a fine unit that works like a dream. He even dropped off a couple heaters due to not being able to fix it that day. Thank you so much! You all are wonderful!

I called the company, the person on the phone was very helpful I was given a quote and a furnace maintenance service appointment for a week later

the appoinment day came, I received a text from the company with the remainder and another one when the tech was on his way, He arrived was pretty easy forward explained the steps did his work and offered other services the company does for future references like water heater, electrical etc etc.
that was pretty much it, I'm very pleased with the company and would use their services again if I need them. Thank you very much Summit Heating & Air conditioning Team you guys Rock!
