I think the sales staff is excellent, well
Informed and patient. However, after having a maintenance issue I was not impressed with the service department.although the problem was resolved it took longer than it should have and it was misdiagnosed by the first technician. During the three week process I was not kept informed and had to contact them multiple times.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I had a AC unit installed due to my house I had a couple hiccups and they been out first thing every time and the time the technician’s take to resolve the problem is just amazing! I had to get some new filters my house had the wrong size they even dropped them off when they were in the area. I just can’t stress enough how good of hands you are in with the company!! Literally the receptionist takes the time to make sure your taken care of! The price was good but the service from this company is priceless! If you want the best I highly recommend this company!

Red did a great job. He was a nice guy and was knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was doing and was able to make some suggestions on some regular cleaning methods we could use in between our Yearly services. Would definitely use Summit again if Red was the technician.

Red came out to do a service call on my unit! Did a great job at fixing the problem. I am however disappointed that I called the after hours number Saturday morning, and to no avail the on call tech never called me back! It was a good thing I didn’t run my unit. Red fixed the issue with the unit as a manufacturing defect.

Mario and his crew were very professional, kept their area very clean, removed any signs of them being there when they were finished and completed the install faster than they anticipated. They walked us through all of the upgrades and changes and made sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable before they left. Very nice guys.

Great service and very responsive. We had furnace go out in a rental house. Initially, had a Summit technician try to repair it repair price brought in question of having furnace replaced being a better value. Had salesperson contact me later that day and through describing old furnace and pictures taken by the technician he identified comparable replacement and quoted me a price. Installation occurred the next day. Great service and responsiveness!

Since having our HVAC installed we have NOT been happy with the performance of the AC or heater. In the summer when it got in the high 80's the ac did not cool down lower than mid 70's even with the thermostat set at 60. We had them out to adjust the rooms to see if that would help. It didn't. Then winter hit and temps dropped so low the heater didn't didn't get up over low 60's so we called them out again and they thought maybe the drip line got ice frozen in it. So we called them out again to open all the ducts wide open. That didn't help either. We had are having to use our gas fire place to supplement the heat in the main living areas. So now here we are a year later and waiting for them to come out to do a yearly service on it and we wonder what they will find to make this $25000.00 purchase worth it.

The installers were great guys. Friendly stayed on task and cleaned up after any mess that was made. I would recommend them. Only issue was a scheduling mistake. so make sure to get any scheduled dates and time in the estimate. But they said they would take care of us for that as well.
