The technician was very professional. He is also a very hard working individual who wasted no time on the job. He provided before and after pictures of the ducts and gave a report on all his work and findings. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs this service.

Cam came out to check my dryer vent. He found a squirrel that blocked it. He installed a squirrel cage cover and said it wasn’t even in need of cleaning. He did a quote for gutter cleaning snd heat duct cleaning. The quote is good for a year. I will have this done before winter. He could not have been nicer to deal with.

Mike and Sam are both very professional, friendly and informative. They arrived on time and completed the job straight away. Duct cleaning included vacuuming the back sides of the washer and dryer. They also removed the filter assembly and cleaned the area under that part. Highly recommend this company!

I’ve hired Dryer Ducks on multiple occasions for different Real Estate projects. However, this is the first time I’ve had them clean my personal home. The booking was quick and they followed up right away with text messages confirming the time. On the day of the cleaning I received another text stating that the technician was on his way. He arrived right on time and was very professional. He took extra care to clean up after himself and left everywhere he was, just as it was before. After cleaning our air ducts and dryer duct, he gave multiple tips on how to keep things working well. There was never any up sale or anything else, he just came, did his job, and then left us with a cleaner home. I have a lot of experience working with different vendors and I would absolutely hire them again, I couldn’t have asked for a better job.

All parts of this process were well-organized, with no surprises. Estimate visit was quick and thorough, actual cleaning day had the technician on-time and fully prepared. Process was completed in less time than estimated, but was again very thorough. Recommend strongly for others.
