Dryer Ducks

I was notified by text Sam would be arriving in a few minutes. Pleasant young technician arrived a few minutes before appointment. Very thorough and unobtrusive, wore a mask as I requested. Explained process and worked with me on not stressing out three indoor cats and one hyper golden retriever. Finished within time frame estimate.

Dryer duct really needed cleaning. Service was prompt and professional. Text reminders of upcoming services also. Michael did a great job! He even climbed under my house to reconnect my loose ducting! He went above and beyond to ensure this was done correctly. I feel much safer knowing that a fire is much less likely now that it is all cleaned and back together again! Highly recommend! I will be using them soon to clean my air ducts also. I was given a very reasonable estimation.

Dryer Ducks cleaned our nearly 50ft, tortuous dryer duct. Due to the long length and multiple 90 degree angles, it packs with lint regularly. This is the 3rd time we have used them. Very happy with their service, communication, and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

From my first call to discuss their services, to the actual duct cleaning and cleanup, Dryer Ducks were responsive, professional and thorough! They even recommended installing a bird cage to prevent the sparrows from using our vent as an AirBnB!

San did an excellent job - thorough, efficient, and friendly. He also offered to put in a new furnace filter , told me I probably didn't need to have my dryer duct cleaned , which I appreciated, and discovered a missing vent cover on my exterior microwave exhaust.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. From my first phone call to them, to the text reminder of the appointment time, to the well-qualified professional service man, to the text notification when the job was completed, to the invoice being emailed to me immediately after the appointment, to the ability to pay easily online, they were top notch all the way. The repair man new exactly how to fix our problem even though it required him to come up with a creative solution. He was knowledgeable, fast, and professional at all times. My wife and I are very pleased with Dryer Ducks. Their front office was friendly and able to promptly scheduled dryer vent cleaning for our home. The technician (Michael) arrived on time and was clear in explaining the steps he’d be taking. He was efficient and thorough in cleaning about 35 feet of dryer ductwork and he was careful in putting dryer hose back in place. The business utilized email and text for service reminders and follow up. Pricing was reasonable for work completed.
