This company was great to work with right from the start. It was easy to schedule with them and their appointment scheduler and their technician were friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them for any of our vent needs!

The gentleman explained the process since this was the first time I used this company. It took about three hours to complete which is on par for other cleanings in the past. He cleaned up after cleaning each vent and wore a mask. I was happy with the duct cleaning. The price was on par on past duct cleanings. This is an update review in early August. On August 21st, I noticed that my outside vent was missing two flaps from the outside dryer vent. The gentleman doing the dryer vent cleaning took them off and forgot to put them back. I emailed the company that day. The next day and fixed the problem. Super customer service. Changed my star rating from a four to a five,

Sam and Mike are the nicest gentlemen who work hard, quick, and professionally to get the job done above standards. After seeing them in action, I would trust them with my kid (if I had one).

Wonderful customer-service, their technician, Sam, was polite and thorough, we enjoyed having him here. The vents now smell MUCH better and I feel safe turning the furnace on and breathing the air coming out from them. Thank you so much for excellent work!

Sam was actually early for the appointment. Turns out the vent was clean but the ducting from the dryer to the vent was crimped up preventing good air flow. Sam put in new ducting and now my dryer has excellent air flow! Definitely using you again!

Very friendly customer service when I called. They came out as soon as they could to clean my dryer vent. Very professional. Roland is who came out to clean our vent, he was friendly and professional. He did a great job.

Cleaned all my heating ducts very thoroughly, as well as my furnace and all my intake and out registers. They even got to the coils on the furnace which no one has cleaned before. They sprayed a nice smelling antibacterial solution into vents when done. Providers showed up right on time and were very courteous and respectful from the start. They made sure they had their shoes covered so as not to track in mud and provided a drop cloth for their equipment.. They kindly informed me on what they were going to do and made sure I was ok with the whole process. It took a couple hours to clean my duct work and the whole time they worked efficiently and thoroughly with friendliness and respect for the homeowner. They didn't make me feel embarrassed either by the amount of dust and all kinds of things that came out of the registers! After the job was done, they asked me if I wanted one of my ceiling registers that was missing screwed back in. It had fallen off years ago but they noticed and cared and took the time to get it back up. I was very impressed with their willingness to do something extra like that. I will definitely hire them again when the time comes. These guys clearly knew what they were doing and combined with their friendly and courteous manners, they're a company that I totally trust with my home.

Wow!! I have had the opportunity to work with a number of different businesses in the past, but I have never dealt with a company that treated you so professionally from start to finish. From talking to Tiffany on the phone and having her explain the process with a very educational approach - to Sam coming out and being so thorough - I am just beyond pleased. They did top notch work and got things working the way it should. I see the value that this service provides and my only regret is taking this long to realize that I had a need, that they met completely.

Super informative with our problem of the location of our dryer duct and the problems we have had with plugging. Mike gave us lots of advice too for our plans of rerouting some duct work, and was honest about his company’s limitations. I highly recommend them and will use their services again!
