Dryer Ducks

We had Dryer Ducks come out for 2 reasons. (1) To check our dryer vent to see if it needed to be cleaned out and (2) to find where the dryer was vented to the outside. The vent hose itself didn't look too bad, as far as the camera could go. Unfortunately, our technician found that the dryer hose dead-ended a the roof...no vent hole had been cut in the roof to vent the hose outside. We are so grateful to Sam for finding the problem. As soon as we get the repair work done, we'll have them come back for a cleaning.

Sam was on time, very professional and courteous and explained what he was going to do. He also determined that our dryer vent was not connected in the wall and showed us a picture of that so we could get it repaired. Employee was on time and explained where he was going to start and how long it would take. During the cleaning process pictures were shown of the amount of debris in our system. It truly was amazing the difference this cleaning process makes in your home.

Sam came to our house and repaired the venting underneath which had detached from the external vent on the house and was therefore venting into the crawl space. He was quick, friendly, courteous and professional and didn’t mind our persistent pup who was determined to get him to play with her, the price was extremely fair. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this business to anyone needing this kind of work.

Sam was great. He was very professional and only charged me for the services he thought necessary. He didn’t try to up sell me on additional services and I appreciated that. My bill was $75 less than I thought it was going to be. Great, honest company and did quality work. Feels good to know all my vents in my house are cleaned out! The two young men who came to clean our furnace vents were right on time, courteous, answered all our questions, and made sure we knew the process. They worked hard and did a very thorough job with the cleaning. We enjoyed our interactions with them, appreciated the professional work that they did, and will be certain to contact them again. They gave me a free estimate after looking at my home. Then I called to schedule with Tiffany who was kind & courteous. I scheduled Michael for a later date and he was prompt, knowledgable and explained what he was going to do, then explained any future issues to be addressed. He took time to clean each vent & duct carefully, then told me how often this service should be performed and to call with any questions. I would recommend and use them again.

I called Dryer Ducks to clean the dryer vents at my rental. One of the vents needed repair and they were very quick and fair at getting it fixed. They were prompt, professional a rare quality these days but one that is very appreciated! I would highly recommend them!
