Mainstream has been responsive and easy to work with each time we have worked with them in recent months. We were particularly impressed with the team that came recently to replace our AC unit which had broken down with age. Megan and Cathay from Mainstream were professional and friendly, treating our home with respect and working efficiently and tirelessly on a hot day to replace our AC unit, as well as auxiliary equipment needed to run the system effectively. We will continue to use Mainstream for our HVAC and other needs.

Zach was amazing! Very professional and friendly. He helped us identify the problem quickly, and helped me find a few more I hadn't realized I have. He came to fix my ac, and helped me get a plumber lined up for a major issue we found. Same day service at a reasonable price. I'm definitely working with them again. 10/10 totally recommend!

I was so thankful that our new system came with a free duct cleaning to make sure it’s working the best it can. John and Johnny came and did our duct cleaning and they were so nice! They were quick and efficient and got the job done well. Everyone that we encountered at Mainstream throughout our whole experience was fabulous! Highly recommend them!

My sump pump alarm went off and I was home alone at the time. Being a senior citizen I put the alarm on silent and tried to deal with a blocked toilet as best I could. I called Mainstream and they said a technician would be out at 9am next day. They were true to their word. I got a quote to fix the existing pump and one to install a new grinder pump. I did not know how old the pump was so decided to replace it. The work was completed the same day. Both Cory, who gave the estimate and Robert, who did the work were polite and professional. Robert tested the new pump and tested my alarm. It was more expensive than I was expecting, however this is the first home I have had with a septic system and had nothing to compare it with. Overall very satisfied.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Steve came to fix a plumbing issue we had. He was very thorough, efficient and highly professional. He took his time and was kind enough to make sure the issue got resolved. I highly recommend Mainstream Electric, Heating and Plumbing for all your needs. Wow is pretty much all I can say regarding the service I received from Mainstream Electric. My husband is a disabled veteran with some sinus/breathing issues and our old home had an old electric furnace from the 80s that was costing us over $400 a month to run. Because it was so expensive, we had started to use our fireplace more but the dirt and dust from that was really causing my husband’s sinus issues to flare badly. I contacted a local veteran’s organization to see if they had any recommendations on places that might give a military discount to us. They recommended that we call Mainstream Electric because they have a Miracles by Mainstream foundation. When we reached out, they were so responsive and immediately said that they would love to work with us. They provided us with a substantial discount on a brand new furnace and heat pump. The install went almost flawlessly. It was originally scheduled to be performed in one day but someone at the supplier’s warehouse loaded the wrong type of line set, it ended up being a two day job. This wasn’t a huge deal though and they were so incredibly nice about it. Wyatt, Kyle and Jacob specifically were fantastic to deal with. They were patient and kind and willing to answer all of my questions or concerns thoughtfully and respectfully. As a woman, it is sometimes frustrating when men will talk down to you when you’re asking questions about things but I didn’t feel that way at all. They were so kind. Everyone from the receptionist at the office, to the plumbers and electricians were so wonderful. I also liked that they were respectful of my wishes of keeping the carpet clean while they were in and out and they put booties on each time they came in which I know was probably really annoying for them. If I could say one tiny feedback, it would be that I did have to do some cleanup of areas where they did some drywall work. There were some areas that were left not vacuumed that I had to clean myself but honestly, it was pretty minor. All told, it was a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Steve was so helpful explaining all the options for a new water tank. The tech Jack was amazing explaining everything he was doing and answered all my questions about the tank. So professional and friendly! Love doing business with this company! Their customer service is top notch! Thanks Mainstream you have my business for life!

I had Mainstream install a new kitchen faucet and Duane and Josh did such an excellent job that I had them come back a few weeks later to replace my toilet.
The techs are true professionals. They’re courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make the customer experience a great one.
The prices are very reasonable and I’d definitely recommend them and will use their services again when the need arises.

This was my first time with Mainstream and I was very pleased with the service. Cody came out to assess my water heater replacement. He informed, explained and gave me costs. Shane and Paul came out and installed it and Patrick did the electrical upgrades. All were professional and courteous. Their services were much appreciated.

Second visit—Shane and Paul did some trouble shooting and repair on my shower. Success! Same good service!
