Behind my washer there was a leak that he found and repaired. I had to call a second time, by time of appointment, I had figured out it was a leak from my roof. I fixed that. 3rd time I called was when I turned my outside water on. There was another leak under my trailer. After a couple of hours of them moving my main water shutoff from under my trailer to my bathroom (I'm not sure where it is now or how to work it) I thought they had fixed it. Until I went to water my lawn... They had turned off my outside water. Once that was turned back on.... The leak was back in full force!!! I am on disability, very limited $$... I have spent $3,000.00 give or take... I can't afford to have them come back to "fix" it again. So the leak will have to remain.

The people are wonderful, polite, respectful... but I no longer trust nor can I afford to continue to use Mainstream. Even if I wanted to try again, they have spent my savings these last few months.

I really hate the practice of not giving me a receipt or breakdown of what they did. Nor do I see the point of being called later that day to see if I'm satisfied. Like I explained to the woman who called, I had no idea if the problem was fixed... call me in a week!
I delayed calling them back when I saw they didn't fix the leak. I suffered brain injury & multiple strokes and when frustrated I cry... I thought I was ok when I called today, but ended up crying, which I HATE so I hung up quickly.

Our technician, Josh, went above and beyond to help us with our water heater repair. He guided us through options of choosing a new water heating system for our home as well. We found him to be professional, courteous, prompt, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. What we liked most was his honesty in answering our questions and fairness when dealing with new products for purchase. We did not feel pressured at any time. He came prepared and had us up and running in less than 30 mins with a solution that could get us by until we made a decision about which system to go forward with. Thank you, Josh!

WAY overpriced! Ended up paying almost $1100 for Cadet wall heater repair/replacement. In addition to labor costs, I later discovered that they charged me twice the price I'd pay for an identical unit and parts at Home Depot or Lowe's. To make matters worse, their dispatchers didn't listen to instructions, sent out technician late, and then sent out another two guys the next day without the correct unit, after I had already paid. My fault for being so gullible! Would not use again.

Hot water tank service and flush! Tech called to let me know he was on the way, was polite and professional upon arrival! Was in and out in a timely manner! Really nice guy! Asked if had anything else that I needed attended to before leaving!
