Brent and Ryan installed a pressure regulator valve for us! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Worked with Brent before and had similar, great service. This was my first time working with Ryan and he was equally great to work with. Definitely plan on requesting them for future projects and/or issues. Thanks guys!

Team of two (Jason and Sam) arrived on time as notified, conducted themselves in a very professional and respectful manner. They quickly identified the problem and gave informative explanations on options for permanent and safe repairs.

Our kitchen sink backed up almost 3 months after we’d had a Mainstream tech out to flush it. Fortunately our annual plan covered another visit and they sent out Kieran, who really went the extra mile to find the main clog and didn’t leave until he was confident it was fully flushed out. We’ll see how long this one lasts with our wonky plumbing…but I’m confident Kieran did a great job regardless.

They are vultures. I had an issue with my water softener bypass value getting damaged from the severe cold we had last week. We struggled to find anyone to come and take a look since the issue prevented us from having water. They were the only ones who could get a tech that day to come by. They gave three options: $3000+ to replace the entire system with their own. $2000+ to fix the piece. $1500+ to get our water going without the piece. I was told it was a multi man job that would take hours. I waited, and glad I did. I found someone else who fixed the piece in 2 minutes, got the water going, and charged less than 1/10 of mainstream's cheapest option. I will never use Mainstream again, no matter how desperate I get.

Edit: One positive thing I can say about them is that they are exceptionally nice. Every phone call I have had with them has been professional, courteous, and pleasant. Just wish the business itself offered the same respect the employees seem to.

From the first call to their office, to their tech Anthony showing up, the service was amazing. Friendly, helpful and professional. I really appreciated Anthony taking the time to explain things to me to help preventative issues in the future. I definitely would recommend them again!

Jason came out today to give me a quote on a level 2 charger and was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Crew came out same day and got me up and running! No surprises and very professional. 5/5 would use again.

The technicians were professional and communicative, and they got the job done in a timely manner. They were even willing to provide tips on basic wiring to us. I was extremely happy with the technicians and there were no issues with the work. However, their pricing is EXTREMELY high (even for an electrician). For this reason alone, I do not recommend this company.

I was very happy with their work. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my electricity in my bedroom and get it fixed. They guys were friendly and professional. All around great experience.

Dustin was great! He was quite professional and informative. While assessing the situation he provided me with information about potential causes and solutions. He accomplished the repairs quickly and left our home as neat and clean as he found it.

This was the first time we'd used Mainstream and the experience has been excellent. We had an initial appointment on a Thursday to diagnose what we knew were a very old A/C and Furnace. We decided to move forward with replacing them using Mainstream in large part because of the fantastic service we got all along the way. The crew came and were absolutely great to work with, quick to come to us with any questions they had, and asked for our preferences without ever being pushy. I can't say enough about every single person that we came into contact iwth. They were friendly, happy to answer questions and educate us, cleaned up completely, and were done with the entire install in one day despite some complications coming up along the way due to updated building codes over the past 20+ years since the original units were installed. The duct cleaning has not taken place yet - will be scheduled soon - so I'll update this review if anything changes in our experience, but up to this point - could not recommend Mainstream enough. Really great experience.
