From late October 2022 to the fourth (and finally passing) inspection in mid December 2022, our experience with Mainstream was (and is) an uphill battle. Our most prominent issue was being able to communicate promptly and clearly throughout this tiring process.

Cons: Broke our water spigot, large and unfilled hole on the outside of our home, appointments scheduled and we didn't know about them until techs were/about to be at our home, rescheduled appointments by Mainstream on short notice/didn't show, unwillingness to work with home warranty company (we were upfront about this fact before signing, though 'they work with [our home warranty company] all the time') by telling them Mainstream doesn't wish to speak to them AND Mainstream isn't an hourly company AND they don't have information being asked (components about the installed unit) AND other excuses, Mainstream is unable to breakdown invoices beyond overall numbers (hourly rates between techs - we had around six present during installation, specific parts (that the techs were knowledgeable on when asked), etc. are not something that Mainstream can provide), work done was unable to pass inspection after initial inspection and multiple additional repairs

Pros: Unit installed day after signing to pay five figures, a random gift card was sent to my husband's email a couple of weeks after the fact, inspection scheduler (Laura) was exceptional and was very understanding throughout

Amazing service and professional work. From the scheduling staff to the installers who took great care of handling an my antique chandelier installation. Very impressive work and I would recommend Mainstream to anyone!

I have been incredibly pleased with Mainstream. I needed major upgrades to my electrical system, a new furnace and AC installed, and some plumbing work. Every employee who has been to and worked on my house was prompt, professional, friendly, and skilled workers. I will definitely recommend Mainstream to anyone who needs plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work.

They were able to come out the same day I called. Lonny was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the problem in no time. I would recommend their service to anyone.

They were able to come out same day to evaluate my hot water heater that went out. They came back the next day morning and installed a new one. Everyone I talked to were very friendly and professional. Communication was great.

I am super impressed with this company! I called on Sunday to have someone come look at my stubborn drain that was not draining water almost at all and they got someone to come out 3 days later. They worked around my schedule! Dustin Trudeau was courteous, professional, communicated everything he was doing and fixed my drain within minutes! The work was done for a fair price and I will definitely be using them again.
