From the first phone call I made, Tiffany, answered and was so sweet and told us they would come to our home for a free estimate on cleaning, scrubbing and deodarzing our HVAC system, that was not many years old....but...we inherited it from someone who was not just a hoarder, but an animal hoarder as well and had a mouse problem. She said they would still come, even if it was gross, they could handle it...in comes Sam, the cleaning guy...who was "Johnny on the spot", very kind and professional from the estimate, to the cleaning appointment!! He also educated us on ways to help our system run and smell better all the time.. This doesn't even smell like the same house! Soooo worth it! Just hire them, SPEND THE MONEY, ITS CHEAPER THAN YOU THINK! It makes a sick home into a healthy home...we have allergies and are so sensitive to cats, we are amazed!! We went from using respirators for a complete gut job and remodel, to an almost "normal" feeling home! Just add a few more painted closets and kitchen floor finished and voila'!!! We will recommend DRYER DUCKS to everyone we talk to, especially if they have an animal!!! Or animals lol 🤣 (we have a dog)...

Dryer Ducks was on time, courteous, and cleaned my dryer vents and air ducts. I got a discount for getting both systems cleaned and I'm glad I had it done because there turned out to be a large lint clog in the middle of my dryer ductwork that I never would have seen/been able to reach. My clothes are drying much faster now with no musty smells. Also glad to have the air ducts cleaned since I had no idea how dirty they were until Dryer Ducks gave me their free inspection. I changed my filter regularly but there was a bunch of stuff stuck inside on the ducting anyway. Glad that's gone. They really did a great job and didn't cut any corners where they easily could have. 5 stars!

I recently purchased an older home, with very dirty ductwork, and the smell of tobacco and smoke in several rooms. Sam did a very thorough cleaning of every vent and return, inside the furnace, and used a sanitizing spray, once the ducts were cleaned. We are breathing a whole lot easier now!
