CleanCo Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

Malachi (co-owner) came out and explained the exact procedure and cost to me before beginning the job. He was very helpful in moving furniture and taking his time to work on tough spots and made sure that as much water as possible was extracted. Often times bargain carpet cleaners are in a rush and leave way too much moisture (and I learned dirt) in the carpet to get to another job. Malachi was able to get out residue that I was unable to get out with my home carpet cleaner. He taught me a lot about carpet, carpet cleaning and removing stains - in particular pet stains. He couldn’t of been any more friendlier and professional! The cost was a little more than some other cleaners, but I feel I definitely got my money’s worth. Good Value! I will have them return again!

Contractor arrived in the window they said they would. They were professional and courteous and wore masks and shoe protection and were careful cleaning the ductwork in our home. They also gave me a call about 25 minutes in advance to let me know when I could expect them to arrive. I would highly recommend CleanCo carpet and Air Duct Cleaning to anyone!

These guys were very polite and friendly. The service we used was the vent cleaning. It's too early to notice the before and after, but I would recommend this company to anyone. Also I really liked how they did not attempt to upsell me on more services after they got here. I hate when companies do that. (Zero rez...cough cough) The price was exactly as quoted. Well done. Update: After about a week of clean air flowing through our vents, we are seeing much less dust accumulation and my sinuses have improved significantly.

Customer Service is alive and well with this company!! From making an appointment over the phone, to saying they’d call before they arrive and they DID, to showing up professional, and in uniform. And their price was fair and reasonable. So impressed with this company!!! Even worked me in to their full schedule to meet a deadline I needed to keep. 5 STARS and believe it!

They went above and beyond to make sure my ducts were thoroughly cleaned. We just completed a major remodel and the duct system was full of construction debris as well as the previous owners dog hair, etc. They spent the extra time needed to make sure it came out perfect, and didn’t charge extra.
Their equipment was top-notch, high quality and state of the art. I would highly recommend them.

Mordecai was a very good communicator. Not only about when he will arrive, but also with what the service entailed and what each vent does. Could have easily overcharged, as I had 13 vents, but he explained to me afterwards that 5 were not operational and filled with insulation. Also the job was to clean the ducts, but fortunately after the ducts were thoroughly cleaned the furnace began working when it previously had not. Very impressed overall, would certainly recommend and do business with again!

This is the second time we've had them out for carpets and I couldn't be happier. My carpets look amazing! We had them out for duct cleaning a few months ago and i'm thrilled at how much quicker my clothes dry in the dryer. Professional and friendly staff. Thank you for another job well done!

The young gentlemen that cleaned our air ducks were friendly, answered a lot of questions with patience and ease. They did a wonderful job, I was so impressed with the standard of the job done. The air in my house is clean and fresh again! Thank you!

I used this co for duct cleaning in my home. The advertised pricing was not even Close to the Actual cost- a heads up on that. It covers only a certain amount of vents, inc. Air flow/return. Each additional vent is then added on. However, From the booking experience to the performance of the workers- Excellent customer service!!!! Curtious, professional & completed the service as described.
I would give 10 stars for customer service if I could.
