It all started with the initial phone call, she was very nice and helpful to answer all my questions, tge technicians were prompt, friendly, and very professional. This was my first time having ducts cleaning. I was very happy with the work they did and the care they took. One day later I can definitely tell the difference in the air quality in my home. They cleaned the air ducts, furnace filter, and dryer vents of our 3500 sq ft tri-level home for the very first time since it was built 30 years ago! They also sprayed all the ducts with an anti-bacterial mist. The 3-hour job came in significantly below the estimate that was given by phone. They clearly have the professional knowledge and skills to do a GREAT JOB! If you want it done right at a fair price, give them a call.
