I just purchased a home and hooked up my dryer to find out the dryer vent was clogged and vented through my roof. I called them and they arrived within two hours of my call and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company! Fast, efficient, and so so helpful!

Wow! CleanCo saved the day! We had scheduled another carpet cleaning company for earlier in the day and they were a no-show. It takes a lot of work to prepare for carpet cleaning and our rooms were emptied and ready for cleaning. I called CleanCo and Susan scheduled us for later in the afternoon …on a Saturday!! We are so grateful for their kindness!! Craig is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to remove stains that reappeared after a previous cleaning from a competitor. We will be scheduling duct cleaning next month! CleanCo is our first choice for carpet cleaning!

We moved into a new home this past November, and the prior tenant was almost certainly a werewolf with a fear of shampoo and home maintenance. Thankfully he had only been here about 3 years, but the consequences were hard to miss. My real estate agent recommended a couple of services for cleaning if we wanted to try it before going through carpet replacement, and we gave cleanco a call. Mordecai came out and did the carpets the very next day, so we were able to just leave everything packed and get it done thoroughly before all the furniture was in. (Thanks, Mordecai!) In the roughly 12 hours between the initial call and him showing up, we'd also bought a huge used rug we loved, and he was able to add that to our list while he was there, too!

About a week later was their opening for cleaning vents, and the same gentleman rolled out with their awesome van-cuum and polished inside the grates and sucked everything out, cleaning one vent at a time through the whole place. We knew that Wolfman had left the filter off the HVAC for nearly the whole time, so that was a big concern for us, especially since we seem to be allergic to the dude.

We felt pretty good about the whole thing, but a couple days later, my kid spilled some juice on the carpet near the wall, so we stuck out little spot-bot shampooer down to protect our freshly laundered carpets, and, holy heck, that's some dark water! We were here when he cleaned it a few days ago, so what gives? The carpet had a moisture barrier before the padding, too, so it wasn't something down in the sponge. About that same time, I was fishing something out of the vent and found that there was an oily residue in there, and a bunch of stuff was stuck into it, so I gave them a call, because that was concern about both parts I needed done. They were surprised and a little distressed that it wasn't to my satisfaction, which I honestly appreciated. They were confident that they do good work, and it was unexpected to have someone concerned about it.

After some discussion about the circumstances and possible causes of the water we pulled, as well as the kinds of things you can practically clean without replacing the entire vent, they offered to come out and redo the work at no charge to ensure our satisfaction. And they did. They weren't offended, or at least too professional to show it, and they weren't bitter or begrudging when they came back. Mordecai returned (he was super kind and knowledgeable, btw) and sucked out the vents again, even knowing that most of that was pretty much stuck there for good. Our furniture a was in, but they still did a great job cleaning around the few things we couldn't remove, and put the rest of it on blocks to protect the wood while it dried.

All in all, I was grateful for the service and responsiveness to my concerns. They were personable, very quick and responsive in both cases, and overall did well by us. They were also great about their masks and did what they could to be efficient to prevent all out heat pouring out while the door was open for the vacuum hose. Thanks, y'all, I appreciate it, and I hope this review adequately expresses that!

When I called to make an appointment, I spoke to Dewey (?), who was very nice, helpful and informative. I set up the appointment quick, and the pricing was very competitive to other popular carpet cleaners in the area. Mordecai came to clean our carpets, he was very polite, professional, and thorough. He did such an amazing job on the carpets. They seriously look brand new!
I will highly recommend them and probably use them again!

It was ok. Had dryer vent cleaned. I had to provide something for equipment to work and was charged for them use their small ladder. It literally a 5 min job. Left dryer lint all over my grass.
