CleanCo Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

CleanCo is one of 2 certified duct Cleaning services in the Spokane area. This national certification tells ypu what their service includes without you having to ask aor assume what all they will do. They were on time and called before arriving. Their service truck is self contained, providing all electrical needs for their cleaning. The workers were polite, professional and considerate of the home.
I asked for cards to share with others who need their services.
I will happily recommend they to others.

Ben and Dennis from CleanCo were great! The appointment window was from 8 am to 11 am. They arrived at 8:30 and were done by 11. They explained everything they were doing, and made my mom happy by taking off their shoes. We took advantage of their fall special, and got the ducts and the dryer vent cleaned. I would definitely recommend CleanCo!

Technicians were awesome and professional and explained everything. We averted a fire hazard by using your dryer vent cleaning and it was so quick!

They were a little behind, from the initial time that they listed but came in and did a thorough job on all the vents and completed the job in a timely manner. Every issue they ran into they provided fixes and recommendations for future fixes etc. thank you.

Update 11-17-2022: After reviewing the receipt and confirmation details, my initial statement of appearing a little behind was incorrect. I apologize to CleanCo as this was my misunderstanding by not reading details. The appointment is to arrive within a specified window in which they did arrive. Again, my apologies to CleanCo.

I hired CleanCo to clean my ducts and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they do an excellent job in a timely fashion, but every single employee I encountered was incredibly pleasant and helpful, from the woman scheduling my appointment to the young men who came over to do the work. I will absolutely be hiring CleanCo in the future and referring them to my friends.

Great communication of office staff and workers. Workers listened to my concerns and were very professional and pleasent. They were very clean and safety concious. I was very impressed and they gave me an analysis of the condition of my ducts. After cleaning the air is much cleaner and musty odors are gone.

Had them come out to our campus here at whitworth university for dorm duct cleaning. They made huge difference. Good work and will continue to hire them.

Super pleased with every single thing in regards to the process and expectations of the HVAC duct and vent cleaning.
