Tori provided a comprehensive system evaluation of my existing HVAC system. She thoroughly explained my heat pump options and delivered a competitive bid. We look forward to installing our new system ASAP.

Kevin was outstanding. Personable and professional. He walked me through the full diagnostic of our heat pump issue and made honest recommendations for resolution.

Kevin Loihle came out today from Mercurio's and did me up real propper!
Ive used this company for a variety of things on 4 rentals, and my primary residence. All now have ductless heat pumps, and they do also i stall other types as well as providing a variety of services. Going to do my water heater soon also. Kevin came out for a standard service of my old existing gas furnace, which i left in place after the ductless system was installed. He did notice i screwed the pooch on carbon detectors, and pointed out an incorrect install on a previous device.
Generally, many companies try and get you (me) to install stuff i dont need, but logically, i cant really deny the need for carbon detectors with gas..(i like being alive) so appriciate his thoroughness. He went above and beyond today, as does the company as a whole. So, ive continued to use them, and as a business owner myself do like to recomend them to other prople while im out shakin hands in the field. Nice to be able to tell my clients that i know someone that who take take care of them, and be confident they wont make me look like a dillWeed. ;)

Had a problem with a mini split. Tech came out said about $1100 diagnose/find the leak and recharge Freon plus more $$ to fix the leak once they found it. And that he would send a quote.
No quote, but did get a bill $250.
Had a local company fix it for $500 total.
Won’t be calling these guys any time soon.
