I was on week 3 with a broken dishwasher trying to get American Home Shield to replace the faulty drain pump. When AHS told me I had to wait 6 more weeks for their contractor to get the part, I had no choice but to find my own repair shop. I called 98 Applicance Repair and they came that same night to diagnose the issue and they came back the next day to replace the drain pump! Andrii and Mike are life savers! Very professional, super prompt, and reasonable rates. They fixed in 1 day what AHS could not in 9 weeks! Now that I have found 98 Appliance Repair, I am cancelling AHS and I will call these guys if I have any other issues with appliances.

Very happy with the work Mike did replacing a bad compressor. He was courteous and professional and I’d recommend him to anybody. Made the fridge run even better than it did before, and worked with me to save me money when dealing with LG. Thanks Mike for making a stressful situation easier.

Wow! This business and Andrii were amazing! I searched yelp for someone who could fix my dishwasher. Other businesses were quoting me $400-$500! There was no way. I sent a message to the business and received a response with 30 mins (thank you Mike). They were able to come the same day but I wasn’t prepared so they came the day after! Super fast! Oh…. And at a fraction of the cost quoted to me by others!
